One entry for the whole village, the numbering „1” editorial. T94 gives neither a forename nor an office — the surname alone, in the form „Cieciszowskiego”. The figure „20” is underlined with a wavy stroke; it is the same figure as in T90 and T89, and there it takes in Czuryty TOGETHER with the holdings at Olędy and Radzikowo Stopki — T94 no longer names the adjoining holdings, so there is no cross-reference here, although the total is the same. THE WORD „wieś” [reading uncertain]: it has four characters — „w”, a tall loop, a small loop, and „ś” with an accent — and the tall loop in this hand is the shape of „ł” (the „ł” in „włościami” on card 1) looks the same), not a dotted „i”. In favour of the reading „wieś” speaks the ending in „ś” (not in „ść”) and the fixed formula of T94 in this card index („wieś Dąbrowskiego” card, „wieś Łaskiego” card, „wieś Annonin” card, „wieś Kierszkow” card 2), „wieś Sarnow” card 2). The reading „włość” cannot, however, be excluded, and I report this to the owner. In T₀89 on the same card there stands a shorter, two-letter form, „wś,”.

The card gives no forename — only the surname remains, in the form „Cieciszowskiego”. THE INN is NAMED here, but not divided into hearths, so it goes into the annotations (the same as on cards 1), 238 and 240), not into the breakdown of buildings; the division of hearths with the inns is handled by T89. The line — the last on the card — ends with a semicolon just before the edge of the card stock, and nothing follows it; this is the same line that shows through the card stock of card 2) (Ciosna).
