The reading is thus confirmed by the reckoning. The phrase „5 chat. 2 ogrod.” counts as 5 hearths (just as „7 chat. 2 ogrod.” in Krynka, card, where the reckoning likewise closes) — „2 ogrod.” speaks of the occupancy of the cottage, not of separate buildings; in the breakdown of buildings both groups of cottages are summed into the key `chaty` (20 + 5 = 25). ¶ BREWERIES AND INNS ARE HERE NAMED OUTRIGHT, in the abbreviations „brow.” and „karcz.”, both THREE in number — the reading of both words and of both figures is certain, and the reckoning confirms them. ¶ A CAUTION ON MERGING: 32 hearths is the figure for the COMBINED ESTATE — Ławki TOGETHER with the hereditary owner's holdings at Gołaszyn and Zalesie; the village itself has 18 hearths in T90 and in T94. Checked with one three-and-a-half-fold magnification of the right-hand margin: the full „propinacj-” is visible with the ending broken off; I HOLD THE READING OF THE WORD TO BE CERTAIN, only the inflectional ending is broken off. ¶ The abbreviation after the siglum I read as „folw.” (folwark, a grange) — the glyph is a run-together ligature „fo” with „lw.” added; the same formula stands beside Domaszewnica („T₀89 – folw.
