„Separate entries for persons” means: separate entries of a given name with a surname and a byname, not persons proved to have existed. The same man recorded in four registers is one entry, but two namesakes from the same village are sometimes impossible to tell apart, and over twenty years a parcel could pass to a son of the same name. The hearths given at a collective entry are an equal division among those named — a calculation, not a reading.
| Year | Source | Entries | Persons | Hearths |
|---|
| 1789 | Hearth tax register 1789 | 1 | 1 | 72,0 |
| 1790 | Hearth tax register 1790 | 2 | 2 | 72,0 |
| 1794 | Hearth tax register 1794 | 1 | 1 | 1,0 |
No entry from 1775. This is the absence of the surname in the cards transcribed so far, not proof that the family was not there then: in the card file the 1794 register covers fewer villages than the others, and the 1775 one sometimes counts a whole starosty in a single entry, without surnames.

The card-index entries
All the extracts for this surname in the wording of the cards. One block is one occurrence: this person, in this register. In a collective entry the same text of the card stands beside every person named — because the card names them together, and they must not be separated.

The card gives no forename in this line — only „Zakrzewskiego”; T90 on card 1) calls the possessor of the starosty Michał Zakrzewski, but I do not merge the years. The village is held in emphyteusis: the word „emfiteutyczna” the card index took into quotation marks, so it probably quotes the register. The breakdown of the cottages: 56 with 1 householder + 2 without land or garden + 5 empty + 4 with 1 householder = 67, together with the manor house, the brewery, the two inns and the mill 72 — which agrees with the total underlined on the card. Before the last group („4 chat. o 1 gosp.”) stands a word which I do not read: on the line it looks like „żamie…”, and below the author repeated it in black ink within a border — there it reads roughly „za?tupich” / „zastępich” [reading uncertain]; it requires inspection of the original.

T9071 hearthspossessora) starostwo Trzebieszowskie /w poses. Michała Zakrzewskiego kasztelanica lęckiego, starosty trzebieszowskiego i komisarza cyw. wojsk. ziemi łukowskiej — należy do niego tylko wieś Trzebieszów.—/ w 71 dymów wiejskich 2giej klasy, w tem (?) 1 przybyło po r. 1789;card 1)
„kasztelanica” — the syllable „nica” added above the line in black ink; in the basic text stood „kasztela[na]”; the reading is confirmed by card 2), where the same word is written more fully. The adjective on this card looks like „lęckiego” (the letter without a stroke, and so not „łęckiego”), on card 2) like „lędzkiego”; I accept the office „kasztelanic lędzki” [reading uncertain] — to be resolved on the original. „w tem (?) 1 przybyło po r. 1789” — the question mark in brackets was set by the author of the card index himself; the number of hearths added is read as 1 [reading uncertain].
