Wawrzyniec Radzikowski, land and castle regent of Łuków, and to his successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of six hundred Polish złoty on account of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; that sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his hereditary and mortgaged estates and upon all his sums of money, and he undertakes and binds himself to pay that sum from now, at the fixed term of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the current year 1743, together with the interest – for which, for the current year, he gives a quittance as paid – and to lodge it with the present records, whatever the calamities of the year. And this under a like penalty of six hundred Polish złoty; [the sum payable] in Hungarian red złoty, each reckoned at eighteen Polish złoty.

Łukasz Domański before the present records on the Monday after the Rogation days (Rogationum) in the Year of Our Lord 1729 by way of a simple debt, and thereafter acknowledged by a testament of last will; further, for the suit and official action brought before the present office on that account and on account of other claims.
And those same Domański to that same Zaleski – for the suit and official action brought against him on account of the burdening of a term. And both parties moreover – for the protestations made mutually against one another, for the relations entered and for the decree of condescension which was handed down in favour of and to the person of the noble (Nob.) Zaleski but was not executed, and likewise for all and each of the mutual claims arising up to this day – and this by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the sufficient satisfaction rendered. The noble (Nob.) Antoni Zaleski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Zaleski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Paweł Szaniawski, son of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Szaniawski called Salomon, and to his successors the sum of twenty Polish złoty – inscribed to him, the party acting, and to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Zaleski Dziecinka upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of […] by way of mortgage before the present records on the Monday after Low Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1738, and now taken up from the deponent – he yields up and cedes with everything; and all the rights he transfers. He consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the common law, and this under a like penalty of twenty Polish złoty. The present court.
