The noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Wysokiński, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wysokiński called Janowicz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej and Krzysztof Wysokiński upon those same estates, on the Monday after the feast of SS Vitus and Modestus the Martyrs in the Year of Our Lord 1740 – all of them inscribed before the present records by way of mortgage, in the first place to the noble (Nob.) Szymon Mościcki [the reading of the surname uncertain], and thereafter ceded by that same noble (Nob.) Szymon Mościcki to him, the deponent, on the Wednesday after the feast of St Peter in Chains in the Year of Our Lord 1740; further, for another sum of twenty Polish złoty, inscribed to him by the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Wysokiński before those same records in that same year – and now raised from the hands of the party quitted of this day, as the acquirer of the perpetual right to those same estates – and those inscriptions he cancels.
The deponent unlettered (in the source: „Ignarus scribendi litterarum”) – the entry without a signature.
notes and marginalia The entry gathers into a single act four small charges upon one inheritance share in Wysokiny Tęczki, accumulated in the years 1735–1740, and closes them at the moment when the estate was acquired by Franciszek Wysokiński Janowicz. The dates are consistent with the calendar: Corpus Christi in 1735 fell on 9 June (the octave 9–16 June), SS Vitus and Modestus 15 June 1740 (the Monday after it is 20 June 1740), St Peter in Chains 1 August 1740 (the Wednesday after it is 3 August 1740). The surname „Mościcki” does not occur in the PTG tags for scan 133 – the reading has been marked as uncertain. The remaining persons and the village agree with the tags.

The noble (Nob.) Andrzej Celiński, son of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) notes and marginalia The entry contains two interlinear additions (beside the given name of the deponent's father and beside the surname of the party quitted – „Pawłowski”), which makes it difficult to establish the form of the surnames beyond doubt. The PTG tags for scan 133 name „Jana Wysokińskiego” and „? Pawłowskiego” separately, and also „Krystynę Celińską”, whereas the manuscript in this place gives „Elisabetham Celinska” (Elżbieta) – the discrepancy is recorded, and the reading of the manuscript has been adopted.

referring themselves to the decree of condescension of the present office, issued upon the ground of the estate of the village of Krasusy Gołowierzchy on the Wednesday after the feast of St Catherine Virgin and Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1743 [27 November 1743] between the two deposing parties, and lodged with the records of the present office by way of oblation on the day of the present act – by virtue of that same decree they give a quittance, and that decree, the protestations, the relations and the whole and entire process they cancel; with the reservation only of the sum of twenty-four Polish złoty, which [the deponent], in his own name and in the name of his wife, for whom he stands surety, is to pay at the following term.

notes and marginalia The decree of condescension was handed down on 27 November 1743 upon the ground at Krasusy Gołowierzchy, and reached the records by way of oblation only on the day of this quittance (2 December 1743) – a practice here plainly visible: the court journeys to the ground, and its sentence is entered in the registers on the occasion of a settlement. Marianna née Korzeniowska to the noble (Nob.) Józef Wysokiński before those same records on the Monday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist in the Year of Our Lord 1738; and finally made over by that same noble (Nob.) Józef Wysokiński to him, the deponent, before those same records on the Tuesday after Cantate Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1741;
and the second – of fifty Polish złoty, originally inscribed by the above-named late noble (Nob.) Jan Radzikowski to that same noble (Nob.) Marianna née Korzeniowska in the manner described above, and yielded up to him, the deponent, together with her husband by that same act described above, that is on the Tuesday after Cantate Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1741;
and now in fact taken up from the hands of the present cessionary – he yields up and cedes with everything; and all the rights he transfers. He consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the law of the present court, as to the thing and as to his own person, and this under a penalty of three hundred Polish złoty. The present court.
[Below, the clerk calligraphed twice the word „VACUUM”, filling the rest of the page.]
notes and marginalia The reckoning agrees: 250 złp + 50 złp = 300 złp, exactly the amount of the penalty (vadium) reserved at the end of the entry. The dates of the acts cited have been reckoned: the Monday after St Luke 1738 = 20 October 1738 (a Monday) – it agrees; the Tuesday after Cantate Sunday 1741 = 2 May 1741 (a Tuesday) – it agrees. **A discrepancy:** the formula „Feria Secunda ipso die Festi S. Hedvigis Viduae A.D. 1737” does not agree in the reckoning – 15 October 1737 (St Hedwig) fell on a Tuesday, and 17 October (the older date of the feast) on a Thursday; the Monday was 14 October 1737. Both pieces of information have been given, and the contradiction has not been removed. The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-030.

notes and marginalia The entry passes from scan 57-030 (f. 29r) to 57-031 (f. 29v); joined into one item. Together 140 złp of dowry after the mother, apportioned among the persons bound. The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-030 (the tag gives „Eufryzyna Olszewska Skolimowska”).
