The nobles (Nob.): Barbara Karwowska, the daughter begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Karwowski called Markowicz with the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek Krasuski called Synowicz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Krasuski, and to Andrzej Tarczewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Marcjan, and to their successors they give and donate their estates – both the paternal hereditary ones and those come by inheritance, fallen to them after the said late noble (Nob.) Stefan Krasuski and due to them as against the other co-successors – that is their whole and entire inheritance share: in the plots, the buildings and any structures whatsoever, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers and streams, and in the other appurtenances and appendages of those same estates, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Krasusy-Gołowierzchy – with everything. They consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and under the present court.
The deponents unlettered (in the source: „Ignari scribendi litterarum”) – the entry without signatures.
notes and marginalia The most elaborate entry of this batch in genealogical terms: five co-successors after the childless Stefan Krasuski make over their inheritance shares to two acquirers. The entry documents three generations and the two marriages of Jadwiga Celińska, as well as a rare formula of assistance – in view of her husband's sickness the woman deposing is assisted by her son of the first marriage. There are no PTG tags for scan 135, and the tangle of given names repeating within the family (two Annas Karwowska, two men named Wojciech) means that some relationships have been reconstructed from the Latin formulas – any refinements would call for a comparison with other entries of this family. The name of the village „Krasuse Gołowierzchy” is written here legibly – it settles the doubt at entry no. 796.

[The deponent] unlettered.
notes and marginalia A mortgage without a yearly term – „hinc ad redemptionem”, that is until redemption.
