The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł called Świądro, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz called Świądro, his paternal cousin, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary paternal estate, that is eight strips of homestead land, beginning at Przecz and running towards the dividing strip of that same donee, between the baulks of the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki and Krzysztof Chojecki, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Choja, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, under the land-law penalties and the forum of the present office.

Date: the Saturday after the feast of St Valentine the Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1743.

The well-born (Gen.): Andrzej Jaszowski, vicegerent of Łuków, Antoni Smoniewski, Franciszek Iwanowski, Franciszek Chojecki, Wojciech Bzowski, Franciszek Wielgórski, Ignacy Zaliwski, Wojciech Kowalewski and Maciej Świderski [the reading of the given name uncertain] – heirs and possessors of the estates of the village of Bzów – in their own name and in the name of the other co-heirs and co-possessors of those estates of the village of Bzów, for whose ratification they stand surety, all being of sound mind and body, deposed that the ordinance (agreement) concluded among themselves, drawn up and written down under the date at Bzów on the twenty-ninth day of December in the Year of Our Lord 1742, concerning certain conditions and the order of the estates, signed with the hands of the deponents and of others, secured by a penalty of fourteen Polish marks – as appears from the copy of that ordinance, which is here held as entered and which is in the records – they confirm and approve in all its parts. And this under a penalty of fourteen Polish marks and the present forum, and in time of interregnum – of the Łuków confederate court (sąd kapturowy).

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Olędzki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej, he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is: 1) one strip of arable, beginning at the royal Zbuczyn boundaries and running towards the boundaries of [the name – uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Zofia Chojecka on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki on the other; 2) two strips of arable, beginning at the Zbuczyn road and running towards the boundaries of [the name – uncertain reading], between those same baulks – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Choja, waste, with every right, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, from now until a year and the feast of St Joseph falling in the coming year 1744, and thereafter likewise. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a like penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty and the present forum.

The nobles (Nob.) Antoni and Wawrzyniec Izdebski, in their own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Walenty Izdebski, their brother, for whose ratification they stand surety, on the one side, and the nobles (Nob.) Marcin, Krzysztof and Józef Izdebski, Wojciech Chojecki, Leonard and Jan Sobiczewski, Jan Pióro and Teodor, Maciej and Andrzej Ostojski, heirs and possessors of the estates of Izdebki Błażeje, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that a certain ordinance, concluded among themselves for the sake of good order, drawn up and written under the date here at Łuków on the 26th day of March of the current year, signed in their own hands and secured by a penalty of thirty Polish marks – in all the conditions expressed in it, as appears from the copy lodged with the records of the present office on this day – they confirm (they strengthen and confirm it). And this under a penalty of thirty Polish marks and the present forum.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Stanisław and Paweł Chojecki, brothers german, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki called Świądro, being of sound mind, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Wysokiński called Swiszka, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł, and to his successors, their paternal hereditary estate, that is: in the first field five strips of arable, beginning at the boundary of […] and running through two fields, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Józef Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki on the other; further, in a second place six strips of arable of like length, between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) [Suf]czyńska, wife of the castellan of Lublin [uncertain reading], on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Chojecki on the other; further, in the third field one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Kowielna road [uncertain reading] and running towards the Bzowskie boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Celiński on the other; further, two strips of arable of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second of like length, between the baulks of the magnificent (Magn.) [Suf]czyńska, wife of the castellan of Lublin, on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki on the other; further, one strip with half of a second of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Olędzki on the other; and further yet one strip of arable with half of a second of like length between those same baulks — all of it lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Chojeczno [uncertain reading], vacant (unsown) — for the sum of one hundred and twenty Polish złoty, from now for a year, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the coming year 1744, they mortgage and bind, and thereafter until redemption. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under a like penalty of one hundred and twenty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Paweł Wysokiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Anna Chojecka, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki, his lawful wife, and to her successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty — falling due and received this day from the hands of the nobles (Nob.) Stanisław and Paweł Chojecki by title of the dowry of that same wife of his — by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all his paternal and maternal estates, undertaking and engaging that he will pay it on the first demand of that same wife of his and lodge it with the present records; and this under a like penalty of two hundred Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Marcin Borkowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, being of sound mind, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Lipiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin, and to his successors he yields up with everything and, ceding, transfers a sum of twenty-six Polish złoty — inscribed to him, the deponent, by the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Tarczewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, and the noble (Nob.) Teresa née Chojecka [the reading of the given name uncertain], husband and wife, by way of mortgage upon estates lying in the village of Tarczew, before the present records on the Friday after Cantate Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1717 [the reading of the year uncertain], and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary. Intromission forthwith, of civil right, from the thing and from the person; and this under a like penalty of twenty-six Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

[Heading of the session:] On the Friday, the morrow of the feast of the Most Holy Body of Christ Our Lord, of that same year 1743 [14 June 1743].

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Olędzki, son of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej, and to his successors he has mortgaged his hereditary paternal estate, that is one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Zbuczyn boundaries and running towards the Bełna boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki on both sides; likewise two strips of arable, beginning at the public road to Zbuczyn and running towards the Brzozowa boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Chojecki on the other – lying and situated in the hereditary village of Choja, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, from now until redemption; he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under a like penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The nobles (Nob.) Stanisław and Paweł Chojecki, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof, brothers german to one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Walenty Rzążewski, son of the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Rzążewski called Kosmalik, and to his successors they are bound and obliged for the sum of eighty Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt;

which sum they add, join and associate to the earlier sum of one hundred Polish złoty – inscribed by them earlier to that same creditor by way of obligation upon certain estates lying in the village of Rzążew, before the present records on the Saturday, the morrow of the feast of Saints Simon and Jude the Apostles in the Year of Our Lord 1735 [29 October 1735] – so that it makes a sum of one hundred and eighty Polish złoty in all;

in which sum thus joined together the said creditor shall hold, have and possess the estates covered by the earlier inscription until the actual payment of that same sum of one hundred and eighty Polish złoty; they consent to intromission from now on for the future and submit to the court, and this under a penalty of that same combined sum of one hundred and eighty Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki and to his successors for the sum of forty Polish złoty falling to him – inscribed by that same party quitted before the present records on the Monday after the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1736, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Choja, and now raised – and that inscription he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Józef Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki called Wąsacz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł, and to his successors for the sum of thirty-seven Polish złoty – out of the original sum of seventy Polish złoty falling to him, inscribed by the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki before the present records on the Thursday after Invocavit Sunday in Lent in the Year of Our Lord 1727, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Choja – and now raised from the hands of the party quitted, as the acquirer of the perpetual right to the half of those same estates – and that inscription, in the part answering to the sum raised, he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Jakub Izdebski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Antoni Ługowski, his son-in-law, and to his lawful successors he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is a plot containing within it five strips, together with the buildings and structures whatsoever and with the fence standing upon that same plot, beginning at the road called Zagumienna and running towards the place called Uwrocie, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Rzążewski on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Rzążew, with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and the present forum.

The same [Jakub Izdebski], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Antoni, his son-in-law, and Magdalena née Izdebska, his daughter, the Ługowski spouses, and to their successors he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is:

1) first – three strips of arable, beginning at the road called Brzeskowa [uncertain reading] and running towards the Bzów boundary, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Krasuski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chorzewski [uncertain reading] on the other; 2) secondly – two strips of arable, beginning at the Bzów boundary and running towards the Wielgorz boundary, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Krasuski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Rzążewski called Gryczyk on the other; 3) thirdly – three strips, beginning at the place called Przełogowy [uncertain reading] and running towards the Wielgorz boundary, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Rzążewski called Ocheł [uncertain reading] on the other; 4) fourthly – three strips of arable, beginning at the said place Uwrocie and running towards the Wielgorz boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Ocheł Rzążewski on the other –

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Marcin Chojecki and to his successors he mortgages his paternal hereditary estate, that is a plot containing within it eight strips, beginning at the plots [the name – uncertain reading] and running towards the pond lying on the edge of that same plot, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Michał Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Choja, with everything, for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, from now for three years, with the term falling at the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary in the year, God willing, to come 1746; and thereafter from one three-year term to another and to the same feast. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chojecki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki called Świądro, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Wojciech, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł Chojecki called Wąsac, and to his successors he gives and donates his paternal hereditary estate, that is a plot in two staje: in the one twelve strips, and in the other staje, by the Wąsakowskie plots, containing nine strips, beginning at the plots called Wąsakowskie and running towards the metalled village road, between the baulks of the donee himself on the one side and of the deponent on the other – retaining for himself as much again of the plot;

further one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Łazyska road and running towards the Tarczewska road, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Chojecki on the other –

situated and lying in the hereditary village of Choja, with everything he gives and donates. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and the present court.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Chromiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Chromiński called Gęsak, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Marianna and Małgorzata Okniński, unmarried maidens, daughters begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Okniński with the noble (Nob.) Teresa Chojecka, the present wife of the deponent, his kinswomen by affinity, and to their successors he gives and donates his maternal hereditary estate, that is his whole and entire inheritance shares called Sedkowska and Gawriełowska – in the plots, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, coppices, thickets, clearings, lakes, marshes, rivers, streams and other adjacencies and appurtenances of those same inheritance shares – with the exception of the plot in the Sedkowska share, upon which the buildings stand, reserved for himself – lying in the hereditary village of Radomyśl Sedki, with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages, for which he appoints the present court; retaining moreover for himself the right of a life estate in the Gawriełowizna share.
