The noble (Nob.) Leonard Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Tomasz Ługowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Dziewulski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej called Gomolik, and to his successors, he gives and donates the estate that fell to him after the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Dziewulski, devolved upon him and upon the other co-heirs by divine right and natural succession, that is the whole and entire inheritance share (sortem) belonging to him – in the plots (homestead land), arable, fields, meadows, woods and forests, and in all the appurtenances and appendages of that share – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Koziestany, with every right; he consented to intromission and promised warranty, under the land-law penalties and the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Wojciech Dziewulski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Leonard Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Tomasz, and to his successors, he mortgages (obligat) his hereditary paternal estate, that is: 1) first – two strips of arable, beginning at the meadows and running towards the Radomyśl boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late Jan Szaniawski on the one side and of the successors of the late Szymon Dziewulski on the other; 2) one strip of like length between the same baulks; 3) in the second field – one strip of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the public road to Zbuczyn, between the baulks of Józef Dziewulski on the one side and of Jan Koziestański on the other; 4) one strip of arable, beginning at the preceding one [uncertain reading] and running towards the Radomyśl boundaries, between the baulks of Jan Koziestański on the one side and of Łukasz Krasuski on the other; 5) one strip of arable, beginning at the Radomyśl boundaries and running towards the Dziewule boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late Szymon Dziewulski on the one side and of Wojciech Dziewulski on the other; 6) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the village road and running towards the Dziewule boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late Jan Szaniawski on the one side and of Antoni Dziewulski on the other; 7) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the added parcels and running towards the Dziewule boundaries, between the baulks of Łukasz Krasuski on the one side and of Antoni Dziewulski on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Koziestany, vacant (vacua), with every right, for the sum of forty Polish złoty, from now until a year and the feast of the Three Kings falling in the coming year 1744, and likewise from year to year and to the same feast, until redemption. He consented to intromission and promised warranty, and this under a penalty (vadium) of the same forty Polish złoty and the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin called Wysk, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Jasińska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński, his lawful wife, and to her successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of four hundred Polish złoty on account of a simple debt; that sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates, and he undertakes to pay that sum on the first demand of his wife and to lodge it with the present records. And this under a penalty of the same sum of four hundred Polish złoty and the forum of the present office.

The same husband and wife [Stanisław Ługowski Wysk and Franciszka née Jasińska], being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally to each other – upon all and each of their hereditary and mortgaged estates, upon all their sums of money, and likewise upon their movable goods and livestock – they inscribe and cede to one another a life estate (advitalitas) and the continuous use and enjoyment of the profits until the end of their lives.

The noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł Ługowski called [the cognomen illegible], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Borkowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wacław Borkowski, and to his successors, he mortgages his hereditary paternal estate, that is: 1) three strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the Ługi boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Łukasz Chromiński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Chromiński on the other; 2) four strips of arable, beginning at the boundaries called Krzyżowska [uncertain reading] and running towards the Borowie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the same baulks; 3) four strips of arable, beginning at the paved road Wiśniowiec [uncertain reading] and running towards the Dąbie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the same baulks – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Chromna, vacant, with every right, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, from now for three years, until the feast of Saints Fabian and Sebastian, Martyrs, falling in the year 1746, and so on from year to year. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, under a penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty and the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej called Klimkowicz, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary paternal estate, that is: 1) first – two strips of arable, beginning at the road to Rydłów [uncertain reading] and running towards the Rydłów boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Ługowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski on the other; 2) one strip of arable with half of a second, of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Ługowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski on the other; 3) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Kempki boundaries [uncertain reading] and running towards the Tuszków boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Ługowski on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Ługi Wielkie, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, especially as against his own wife. And this under the land-law penalties and the forum of the present office.

The well-born (Gen.) Ignacy Dąbrowski and Marianna Borkowska, lawful wife of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Skwierczyński, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Ługowski called Ławczyk and to his successors for the protestation made before the present records on the Thursday before the feast of St Matthew the Apostle in the Year of Our Lord 1731 – namely the deponent Marianna née Borkowska Skwierczyńska on account of a beating, the endangerment of her life and abduction, and Dąbrowski on account of oppression – and this by reason of the satisfaction rendered and of the amicable settlement; and that protestation they cancel.

The noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Jasiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz, and brother german and natural successor of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł Jasiński, who died without issue – alongside the other co-successors – being of sound mind and body, deposed that in his own name and in the name of the nobles (Nob.) Franciszka, wife of Stanisław Ługowski, and Marcjanna and Helena, maidens, the said Jasińskie, **his stepdaughters**, for whom he stands surety, he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Jastrzębski called Piasecki and to his successors for the sum of thirty Polish złoty – inscribed by the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Ługowski to the said late noble (Nob.) Paweł Jasiński, the deponent's brother, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Tchórzew Plewki, before the present records on the Monday before the feast of St Andrew the Apostle in the Year of Our Lord 170… [the reading of the year incomplete] – and now in fact and effectively paid out to him, the deponent, by that party quitted as the perpetual acquirer of those estates. He gives a quittance and cancels that inscription.

The noble (Nob.) Maciej Ługowski called Wysk, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Baltazar Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Szymon Ługowski called Siuchnik, and to his successors, he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is: 1) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Tarczew road and running towards the boundaries [the name – uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Łukasz Ługowski, his brother, on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Ługowski on the other; 2) in the second field – three strips of arable, beginning at the village pit and running towards [a place – uncertain reading], between those same baulks; 3) in that same field – three strips of arable of two staja, beginning at the little boundary and running towards the Kęchowska road [uncertain reading], between those same baulks; 4) three strips of arable, beginning at the Kęchowska road and running towards the little boundary called Bielowska, between those same baulks – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Ługi Wielkie, waste, with every right, for the sum of twenty-four Polish złoty, from now for three years, until the feast of St Casimir falling in the year 1746, and thereafter from year to year. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a penalty of twenty-four Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Borkowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Adam Borkowski, begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Konstancja Ługowska, and wife of the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Skwierczyński – who lies laid low by illness – with the assistance of the noble (Nob.) Dominik Skwierczyński, a friend, deposed that, having regard to the preponderant burdens weighing upon the paternal substance, from which she drew and draws no profits whatever, she contents herself with the maternal substance alone. By the present deposition she withdraws from the said paternal fortune – together with all and each of the [sums] resting upon it wheresoever – in favour of her successors, and she renounces and abdicates it, reserving to herself only the maternal estates and all the estates belonging to her. To the above she accedes freely and of her own will.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the nobles (Nob.) Józef Waśniewski and Marcin, his son – that same Marcin acting also in the name of the noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Zdanowska, his wife – on the one side, and the noble (Nob.) Piotr Obrębski on the other side, deposed that for every suit and official action pending between them over the damage done to the corn, and likewise over the devastation and cutting down of an orchard, as also for all the protestations, relations and decrees handed down in that matter, and in particular for the sum of forty-eight Polish złoty and the penalty of three marks, adjudged by a decree of condescension after an oath had been performed (expleto juramento), they mutually and reciprocally give a quittance to one another, release one another and discharge one another for ever. They likewise give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Katarzyna, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Zdanowski. Moreover, the noble (Nob.) Piotr Obrębski gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Waśniewski for all the mutual claims which he had or might have had against them, after the amicable settlement concluded between the parties — saving, however, in their entirety and unimpaired the claims of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski. And all the protestations, relations and decrees handed down in that matter the parties hereby cancel, annul and declare void, imposing eternal silence upon themselves in the matter.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Mikołaj and Adam Ługowski, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław called Gułacz, brothers german, being of sound mind, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Ludwik Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Piotr called Siuchnik, and to his successors, their acquired estate, that is a plot of four strips, beginning at the village road and running towards the headland, between the baulk of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Ługowski on the one side and of the donee himself on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Ługi Gołacze, with everything — they give and donate. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Jasińska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński and wife of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, with the assistance of that husband of hers and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zaleski, her maternal cousin, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski, her brother by the same mother, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Osmulski, and to his successors, she gives and donates her hereditary estates, that is the whole and entire inheritance share falling to her together with her two sisters after the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński – in the plot, the buildings, the apiary with the bees, the arable, the fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers, streams and in the other appurtenances and appendages of that share – lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Tchórzew Plewki and of Krasusy Zaolszynie and Łęczna Wola, with everything. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski and Franciszka Jasińska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński, his wife, lawful spouses of one another, on the one side, and the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski on the other side – being of sound mind and body, and namely the wife with the assistance of her husband – deposed that mutually they give a quittance to one another and to their successors, namely: the nobles (Nob.) Ługowski give a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski for the sum of four hundred and eighty Polish złoty, laid down by title of the price of the estates and in fact taken up from the hands of that same Osmulski, and inscribed under the act of this day by way of a simple debt to the nobles (Nob.) Marcjanna and Helena Jasińska, sisters, they taking that burden upon themselves and upon their estates; and the well-born (Gen.) Osmulski gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Ługowski for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty together with the interest falling to him from the matter adjudged, awarded by a decree of the present office issued on the ground of the estate of Tchórzew Plewki on the Tuesday next after the feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord in the year 1742 between the deponents and the mother on the one side and the present parties giving the quittance and the other co-successors on the other side; further, for the luitum penalties secured by that same decree; and lastly for the condemnation obtained at the peremptory term (succubitorius) on the above occasion – after the satisfaction received.

And at once the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Jasińska, his lawful wife, and to her successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty, which he took up on this day from the hands of the well-born (Gen.) Osmulski as the remainder left from the price of the estates, by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates, undertaking and binding himself to pay it on the first demand of that wife of his and to lodge it with the present records; and this under a like penalty of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Osmulski, and to his successors, he yields up and, ceding, transfers a sum of fifty Polish złoty – adjudged and falling to him, the deponent, by a decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the estate of Tchórzew Plewki on the Tuesday next after the feast of the Transfiguration of Christ Our Lord in the year 1742 against the nobles (Nob.) Marcjanna and Helena Jasińska, sisters, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary – giving power to take up that sum, to give a quittance for what is taken up and to pursue it at law.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Antoni Krasuski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Walenty Grodzicki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł, and to his successors, he yields up with everything and, ceding, transfers a sum of sixteen Polish złoty – inscribed in the first place by the noble (Nob.) Piotr Jastrzębski to the noble (Nob.) Władysław Ługowski before the present records on the Monday after the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1737, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Jastrzębie Tworki, and afterwards yielded up by that same noble (Nob.) Władysław Ługowski to him, the deponent, before those same records on the Tuesday next after the feast of St Peter in Chains in the Year of Our Lord 1740, by way of cession, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary. Intromission forthwith, right from the thing and from the person; and this under a like penalty of sixteen Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

The nobles (Nob.) Sebastian and Zofia née Wielgórska Krasuski, husband and wife – and namely the wife with the assistance of that husband of hers – and Maciej Ługowski, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Krystyna, his wife, for whom he stands surety for peace, on the one side; and the nobles (Nob.) Walenty, Jakub, Michał, Jan and Stanisław Ługowski and the noble (Nob.) Adam Radzikowski, the party on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they mutually and reciprocally, themselves and their successors – and namely the nobles (Nob.) Krasuski and Ługowski those same nobles (Nob.) Ługowski and Radzikowski –

for the suit and official action brought and lodged on account of acts of violence, forcible entry, the taking away of movable goods, extortion and injury to honour, adjudged by a decree in that same case in the terms for complaints, that is in the courts of the office's suits, on the Monday, on the very day of the feast of St Hedwig in the Year of Our Lord 1742 [15 October 1742], and settled between them;

and the nobles (Nob.) Ługowski and Radzikowski – likewise for the suit and official action brought on account of certain wrongs and claims expressed in the original terms and relating to the present case, and decided by a final decree of condescension issued on the ground of the estate of Ługi Wielkie on the Friday after Reminiscere Sunday in Lent of the current year 1743 [15 March 1743] by the present office, and lodged with the records of the present office on the Thursday after Oculi Sunday in Lent of that same year [21 March 1743] by way of oblation – together with all the penalties adjudged by those decrees and with the claims allowed, and with the tower confinement, wholly and entirely served out, and this as regards all the deponent persons;

and moreover for all and each of the claims and protestations made against one another and arising up to this day (with the exception of the noble (Nob.) Radzikowski, who enters on the eve into the cases written in the decrees above, of Oculi Sunday, while as to the other claims he keeps the execution unimpaired and reserves it) –

in view of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to one another, they give one another a quittance, and forthwith the relations, all the decrees concerning the deponent persons and the whole process in its entirety they cancel.

The noble (Nob.) Maciej Ługowski, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Krystyna, his wife, for whom he stands surety for peace, on the one side, and the noble (Nob.) Paweł Chromiński, the party on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they mutually and reciprocally, for all and each of the claims they had against one another, and likewise for the penalties adjudged by whatsoever decrees and for all the protestations – in view of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered – give one another a quittance, and forthwith all the claims they cancel.

The nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and Dorota née Ługowska Kowalewski, husband and wife, being of sound mind and body – and namely the wife with the assistance of that same husband of hers – deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Kowalewski, their son, and to his successors their estates – namely the father's, acquired by inheritance, and the mother's, covered by the rights obtained from that same husband of hers – that is their whole and entire share in the homesteads, the buildings, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, copses, rivers, streams and in the other appurtenances and appendages of that share, lying and situated in the village of Bzów –

reserving, however, to themselves the deponents a life estate upon the half of that share –

with every right they give and donate; they consent to intromission from now on for the future and submit to the court, and this under the land-law damages and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The well-born (Gen.) Daniel Sarnecki on the one side and the nobles (Nob.) Piotr and Zofia née Ługowska Tchórzewski, present on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed – each of them in his and her own interest, and the wife with the assistance of her husband – that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors: the well-born (Gen.) Sarnecki for the protestation made before the present records on the Monday, on the very day of the feast of the Circumcision of the Lord in the year 1742 against those same Tchórzewskis, together with the claims specified in it, and for the relation on that account entered before those same records on the Monday after the feast of the Conversion of St Paul the Apostle of the present year; moreover for the condemnation obtained in the starosta's courts held here at Łuków and for the right of executing it; and the nobles (Nob.) Tchórzewski, husband and wife, likewise for the protestation made against the said well-born (Gen.) Sarnecki at the term and for the relation by virtue of it, entered on the Friday after the feast of the Circumcision of the Lord in their own name and in the name of their servants, and for the entry pending in the registers – by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction shown; and the protestations, the relations and the condemnations indicated above they cancel.

Jan Ługowski called Suchmiak on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Ługi Rętki, vacant, with everything – for the sum of sixteen Polish złoty, from now for one year, with the term falling at the feast of St Luke the Evangelist in the following year 1744; and thereafter from year to year. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a penalty of sixteen Polish złoty and the present forum.

Antoni Ługowski, his son-in-law, and to his lawful successors he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is a plot containing within it five strips, together with the buildings and structures whatsoever and with the fence standing upon that same plot, beginning at the road called Zagumienna and running towards the place called Uwrocie, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Chojecki on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Rzążewski on the other, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Rzążew, with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and the present forum.

Dominik, Stanisław and Piotr, called Lipiński, and to their successors – for the protestation made before the present records on the Tuesday after the feast of the Most Holy and Undivided Trinity in the Year of Our Lord 1740 [14 June 1740] on the occasion of the wounds inflicted upon the deponent by those same parties quitted, as also for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – by reason of the satisfaction rendered to him; and the protestation he cancels.

Marcjanna née Iwanowska, the deponent's mother, out of the estates of Iwanów and Bzów and devolved upon her after her mother's death – sufficient and full satisfaction has been rendered through the hands of the noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski, her stepfather (vitricus); wherefore she gives a quittance to him, and from those estates she withdraws and renounces them; moreover the right which belongs to her in them she yields up and cedes to the noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski and to his successors, by virtue of the present deposition.

Zofia Ługowska, his wife of the present marriage, and to her successors – for the sum of four hundred Polish złoty, out of the original sum of four hundred Polish złoty, deposed to him and inscribed before the present records under the day of the feast of St Elizabeth the Queen in the year 1743 [19 November 1743] by way of a simple debt, and falling to him and paid out by title of the dowry through the hands of the noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski, the stepfather [of his wife] – having accepted satisfaction, he gives a quittance for the payment of that same sum; leaving [the inscription in force] as to the remainder of the sum [uncertain reading].

The noble (Nob.) Andrzej Wysokiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Sebastian, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Wysokiński, his under-age brother, for whom he stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr and Zofia née Ługowska Tchórzewski, lawful spouses to one another, and to their successors he mortgages his hereditary estate come to him by succession, that is his whole and entire inheritance share – in the plots, fields, meadows, arable, woods, forests, groves, rivers, streams and other appurtenances and appendages – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Tchórzew Rogale, already under mortgage, for the sum of twenty-four Polish złoty, from now for three years, with the term falling at the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop in the year, God willing, to come 1746; and thereafter from one three-year term to another and to the same feast. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of twenty-four Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Andrzej Wysokiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Sebastian Wysokiński called Mróz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Wysokiński, his under-age brother german, for whom he stands surety, [assigns] to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr and Zofia née Ługowska Tchórzewski, lawful spouses to one another, and to their successors the sum of twenty-four Polish złoty – which sum he joins, adds and secures to the earlier sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, inscribed by way of an obligatory inscription upon estates lying in the hereditary village of Tchórzew Rogale before the present records on the Monday after Rogation Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1740 [23 May 1740] – so that out of both sums joined together there shall arise the sum of fifty-six Polish złoty, in which sum the said nobles (Nob.) Tchórzewski shall hold and have those estates until its actual payment. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of the sum joined together of fifty-six Polish złoty, for which he appoints the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Wojciech Kowalewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej [Kowalewski], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Małgorzata Kowalewska, [his] daughter, the sum of two hundred Polish złoty — out of the original sum of two hundred and forty Polish złoty, yielded up by the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Ługowski before the present records on the Monday after Invocavit Sunday in Lent in the Year of Our Lord 1737 to him, the deponent, and extending to the estates expressed in the original inscriptions — together with all the conditions of those same inscriptions, as far as the transferred sum of two hundred Polish złoty is concerned, he yields up and cedes. He consented to intromission, governing himself by the common law, and this under a penalty of two hundred Polish złoty, for which he appoints the present court.

The noble (Nob.) Ignacy Dąbrowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Dąbrowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Ługowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski, and to his successors his acquired hereditary estate, that is twenty-six strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running for one staje, between the baulks of [the party giving the mortgage] on the one side and of the party taking the mortgage on the other — lying in the hereditary village of Ługi Wielkie, with everything, for the sum of fifty Polish złoty, from now until a year and the day of St Valentine the Martyr falling in the year 1745, he gives in mortgage and mortgages. He consented to intromission, governing himself by the common law, and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty, for which he appoints the present court.

The nobles (Nob.) Dominik Ługowski on the one side and Łukasz Polkowski on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that mutually and the one to the other, and to their successors, they give a quittance – for the protestations together with the inspection of wounds, made before the present records against one another, further for the decree of inquisition, which was handed down upon the suit of the said noble (Nob.) Polkowski, as also for all and each of the claims which they had against one another up to this day – by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered; and the protestations, the relation, the decree of inquisition and the entries pending in the registers they cancel.

The noble (Nob.) Łukasz Ługowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Ługowski called Wysk, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Adam Radzikowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Radzikowski Świeszek, and to his successors he gives in mortgage his paternal hereditary estate, that is four strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards Przecineczka [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the party acting himself on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Ługowski on the other, sown with winter corn; further one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the village road and running towards the Tarczew boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław on the one side and of Jan Ługowski on the other – lying in the hereditary village of Ługi Wielkie, vacant, with everything, for the sum of sixteen Polish złoty, from now until redemption. He consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the common law, and this under a penalty of sixteen Polish złoty.

Adam Radzikowski on the one side, and Maciej Ługowski and Sebastian and Zofia Wielgórski, husband and wife, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors for the suits and actions brought and lodged with the present office in respect of certain acts of violence and unlawful forcible entries which they had against one another, and for all and each of the claims lasting up to this day, leaving nothing untouched between them – by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction mutually rendered; the protestations, all the relations and whatsoever decrees they cancel.

Maciej called Strączek, and to his successors he gives and donates his hereditary estate, acquired from the name (the family) of the Karwowski („a Nomine Karwoski quaesita”), that is:

3) further two strips of arable, beginning at the Zembry boundary and running towards the Zagumienna road of Mikłusy, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the one side and of the present donee on the other;
