The nobles (Nob.) Leonard and Jan Sobiczowski, brothers german to one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Marcin Izdebski and to the noble (Nob.) Tomasz, his son, and to their successors, for the sum of sixty Polish złoty, adjudged to them by virtue of the remainder of such a debt by a decree of the present office — handed down in the four-week terms, that is in the courts of the office's suits, on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption into heaven of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary in the year immediately past 1743, between them as the plaintiff parties on the one side and the present parties quitted on the other — and this by reason of the actual payment of the promised sum; and the enforcement clause of that same decree they cancel.

notes and marginalia The date of the decree cited has been reckoned: the Monday after the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary 1743 = 19 August 1743 (a Monday) – it agrees; the decree was handed down in the „terminach czteroniedzielnych” (termini quatuor seu judicia causarum officii), that is in the regular judicial session of the castle court. The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-021.

Andrzej Sobiczowski on the other; further two strips of arable, beginning at the headland (Uwrocie) and running towards the Podlasie boundaries, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Jan Turlejski and of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Sobiczewski on the other side – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Sobiczewo [uncertain reading], with everything. She consented to intromission forthwith, governing herself by the law of the present court, and this under the land-law damages. The present court.
notes and marginalia „Granicies Podlachiae” – the Podlasie boundaries: the village lies at the meeting of the Łuków land (the Lublin voivodeship) with the Podlasie voivodeship, which in this register is rarely pointed out outright. The name of the village and of the Krzesk boundary have been read with uncertainty. Jan Turlejski and Piotr Sobiczewski are not in the PTG tags for scan 57-027 – the discrepancy has been noted; the remaining persons agree with the tags. The maiden surname of the widow is written in this place of the manuscript plainly „de Wyrzołkowskie”; in the other entries concerning the same person (among them no. 813) the reading „z Wyczółkowskich” has been adopted – the discrepancy has been noted, the readings have not been made uniform. The siglum beside Jan Turlejski has been read on the scan as G. (Generosi).
