The introductory formula has been read as „Bona sua haereditaria a Nomine Karwoski quaesita”. Single given names of neighbours are broken off at the spine of the binding and have not been supplied. The persons and the cognomens (Zychowicz, Strączek) agree with the PTG tags for scans 57-048 and 57-049.
