notes and marginalia **The fourth unambiguous confirmation in the whole study of the rate of the Hungarian red złoty: 1 aureus Hungaricalis = 18 złp** („aureorum Hungaricalium per octodecim florenos Polonicales numerando”); the earlier ones at entries 1038, 1098 and in the part for the year 1744. The number of the red złoty the clerk wrote indistinctly and it has not been read – the sums have not been converted. The persons and the village of Zabłocie agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-046.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Grodzicki, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Grodzicki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Adam Okniński and to his successors for the sum of thirty Polish złoty, comprised in a decree of the present office, handed down in the terms for complaints, that is in the courts of the office's suits, on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption into heaven of the Most Glorious Virgin in the past year 1743 between him, the deponent, on the one side and that same party quitted on the other, adjudged to him as the party acting and paid out by the party quitted, together with the penalty obtained by that same decree – and now taken up by him, the deponent, into his own hands; the bond upon which the action was brought, and whatsoever relations, he cancels.
