The well-born (Gen.): Andrzej Jaszowski, vicegerent of Łuków, Antoni Smoniewski, Franciszek Iwanowski, Franciszek Chojecki, Wojciech Bzowski, Franciszek Wielgórski, Ignacy Zaliwski, Wojciech Kowalewski and Maciej Świderski [the reading of the given name uncertain] – heirs and possessors of the estates of the village of Bzów – in their own name and in the name of the other co-heirs and co-possessors of those estates of the village of Bzów, for whose ratification they stand surety, all being of sound mind and body, deposed that the ordinance (agreement) concluded among themselves, drawn up and written down under the date at Bzów on the twenty-ninth day of December in the Year of Our Lord 1742, concerning certain conditions and the order of the estates, signed with the hands of the deponents and of others, secured by a penalty of fourteen Polish marks – as appears from the copy of that ordinance, which is here held as entered and which is in the records – they confirm and approve in all its parts. And this under a penalty of fourteen Polish marks and the present forum, and in time of interregnum – of the Łuków confederate court (sąd kapturowy).

The noble (Nob.) Jakub Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Iwanowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Marianna Piórówna – by her first marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Leonard Modrzewski, and now by her second marriage his own wife – and to her successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; that sum he inscribes and secures upon all his hereditary estates, and he undertakes to pay that sum on the first demand of his wife and to lodge it with the present records. And this under a penalty of two hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech called Świeszek, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof likewise, and to his successors, he gives and donates his paternal hereditary estate, that is: 1) two strips of arable with half of a third, beginning at the marsh together with a meadow and running towards the Iwanów boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Hiacynt Dziewulski on both sides; 2) two strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the Iwanów boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Radzikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Iwanowski on the other; 3) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Żurawskie boundaries [uncertain reading] and running towards the Kwasy boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Radzikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Iwanowski on the other; 4) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Żurawskie boundaries and running towards the clearings, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Sebastian Krasuski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Iwanowski on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Iwanów Przywary, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under the land-law penalties and the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Maciej Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Jan Tchórzewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Tomasz, and to his successors he yields up with everything and transfers a sum of thirty Polish złoty — inscribed to him, the deponent, by the noble (Nob.) Piotr Radzikowski before the present records on the Friday next after the feast of the Most Holy Body of Christ Our Lord in the year 1737, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Iwanów, and now taken up by himself from the hands of the party now quitted. Intromission forthwith, of civil right, especially from the thing and from the person; and this under a like penalty of thirty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Piotr Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek, and to his successors, he gives and donates his paternal hereditary estates, that is: two strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the Deszczewskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Agnieszka née Radzikowska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jan Modrzewski called Pasiel, being of sound mind and body, deposed that she gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Iwanowski and to his successors — for her protestation, made before the present records from the thing and from her person, together with an inspection of wounds, and likewise for all claims — and the protestation so made she cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary paternal estate, that is:

two strips of arable, beginning at the road and running towards the Rzążew boundaries, between the baulks of the successors and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Radzikowski on the one side and the road on the other;

likewise three strips of arable, beginning at the Żurowska road [uncertain reading] and running towards the boundaries of [the name – uncertain reading], between the baulks of the successors of the noble (Nob.) Jan Radzikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Iwanowski on the other, sown with winter corn;

The noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof likewise, in his own name and in the name of the nobles (Nob.) Marianna – by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Pióro, and now by her second marriage his own wife – and likewise of Piotr, Andrzej and Ewa, an unmarried maiden, the Pióros, his stepsons and stepdaughter, minors, for whose peace he stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed

that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Pióro, son of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech, and to his successors for the remaining sum of eighty-six Polish złoty and twenty groszy – out of the original sum of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty, inscribed by the present party quitted to the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Pióro, the father of his stepsons and stepdaughter, before the present records on the Tuesday preceding the feast of St Peter in Chains in the Year of Our Lord 1738 [29 July 1738] by way of obligation – and now raised from the hands of the party quitted.

The noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof likewise, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr, Andrzej and Ewa, an unmarried maiden, brothers and sister german to one another, his stepchildren, the under-age children of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Pióro, and to their successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of eighty-six Polish złoty and twenty groszy – which he raised from the hands of the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Pióro by the act of this day – by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; which sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates and upon his sums of money.

The noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Olszewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Olszewski called Zychowicz, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jan Zaleski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Borkowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors the estates subject to her own rights and to those of her husband named above, in one field but in two places, that is:

in the first place one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Dłużnicka road [uncertain reading] and running towards the Szymackie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Olszewski called Abramik on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Iwanowski on the other;

likewise one strip of arable with half of a second, of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski [uncertain reading] on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Zygmunt Olszewski on the other –

lying and situated in the village of Olszewnica Wielka, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of twelve Polish złoty, from now for three years, the term falling at the feast of St John the Baptist in the coming year 1746 [24 June 1746], she mortgages, and thereafter from year to year and so on; she consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under a like penalty of twelve Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Walenty Rzążewski, son of the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej called Kosmalik, being of sound mind and body, deposed that – in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Magdalena Rzążewska, daughter of the noble (Nob.) Jan Rzążewski, his wife, for whose peace he stands surety – to the noble (Nob.) Fabian Chromiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, and to his successors, certain estates of his, that is:

two strips of arable, beginning at the Rzążew boundaries and running towards the Karczew boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Iwanowski on both sides;

in the second field two strips of arable, beginning at the Dębowa road and running towards the Zbuczyn boundaries, between those same baulks, sown with winter corn;

The noble (Nob.) Franciszek Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Iwanowski [the reading of the filiation uncertain], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors he yields up with everything and transfers the sum of twenty-two Polish złoty – out of the original sum of fifty Polish złoty – inscribed in the first place by the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Iwanowski to the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Radzikowski before the present records on the Monday after the octave of Corpus Christi in the Year of Our Lord 1678, by way of an obligatory inscription upon certain estates in the hereditary village of Iwanów Przywary; and thereafter ceded by that same noble (Nob.) Andrzej Radzikowski to the said noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Iwanowski, his father, before those same records on the Friday, on the vigil of the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the Year of Our Lord 1679; and now raised from the hands of the cessionary of this day. He consented to intromission forthwith, and this under a like penalty of twenty-two Polish złoty and under the present court.

The religious (Relig.) Father Felicjan Krasuski, of the Order of St Paul the First Hermit, at present a priest, son born of the late well-born (Gen.) Marcin z Krasus Krasuski with the late well-born (Gen.) Katarzyna Iwanowska, being of sound mind and body and ordained, deposed that to the magnificent (Magn.) Ludwik Krasuski, deputy pantler of Płock, his brother german, and to his lawful successors, he gives and donates, with everything, his paternal and maternal hereditary estates and those due to him as against others by whatsoever title of right – in the plots, buildings and structures of whatever kind, household implements, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers and streams, taverns and breweries, with the subjects, the inhabitants, the gardeners and the cottars together with their wives, children, cattle and swine, with the whole household property, and likewise with the arable, the fields and the meadows held and possessed by them, with the days of labour service, with the day and night gang-work, with the whole subject obedience long since performed, with the renders, the dues and all the obligations, excepting nothing whatever – all and each of them situated and lying in the hereditary villages of Łopna Wola, Myszkowce [uncertain reading], Zembry, Konopczana Wólka, Gołowierzchy and Smolonka Krasusy, and likewise Rzgów [uncertain reading], Iwanów and Przewóz, both free and lying in mortgage with whatsoever persons – which the donee of this day shall be bound to redeem with his own money. The noble (Nob.) Jadwiga Modrzewska, daughter begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Marcjan Modrzewski with the late noble (Nob.) Krystyna Rzążewska, and lawful wife of the noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Iwanowski called Chrom, with the assistance of that same husband of hers and of her own will, being of sound mind and body, deposed that as regards the dowry and the due trousseau out of the paternal and maternal estates, they were satisfied in full through the hands of the nobles (Nob.) Krzysztof, Michał and Józef Rzążewski; on account of which satisfaction she gives them a quittance, and she renounces and abdicates those estates.

The noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Iwanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Jadwiga Modrzewska, his lawful wife, and to her successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of eighty Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt – and this by title of the dowry raised on the day of the present act; which sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates, and he undertakes and binds himself to pay that sum on the first demand of his wife and to lodge it with the present records, and this under a like penalty of eighty Polish złoty and under the present court.

The magnificent (Magn.) and very reverend (Adm. Rev.) (Perillustris et Adm. Rev.) Andrzej Hieronim Cieciszewski, canon of the cathedral of Chełm, provost and parish priest at Trzebieszów, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the provident (Prov.) Mateusz Kobyliński, son of the late Jakub, the perpetual purchaser of estates in the hereditary village of Kornica Rzążew from the magnificent (Magn.) Ignacy Olędzki, tribune of the Łuków land, and to his successors – for the sum of one thousand Polish złoty, first inscribed by the said magnificent (Magn.) Olędzki to Ludwik Iwanowski together with other sums, and thereafter by that same Ludwik Iwanowski ceded and made over to the magnificent (Magn.) and very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Andrzej Antoni Barański, formerly parish priest at Trzebieszów, that is to be applied to the altar of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary of the church of Trzebieszów (ad altare B.V.M. Ecclesiae Trzebieszoviensis applicandum), before the present records on the Wednesday, the morrow of the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the Year of Our Lord 1738 [25 June 1738], or rather by way of redemption, otherwise called wyderkaf; and thereafter adjudged, together with the interest and the full damages, by a decree in the terms for complaints, that is in the courts of the office's suits, on the Monday after the feast of St Margaret Virgin and Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1740 [18 July 1740], between the said very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Andrzej Barański, parish priest of Trzebieszów, and the said magnificent (Magn.) Olędzki, tribune of the Łuków land, the defendant, on the one side – further for the inscriptions, the decree, the condemnation and the delivery of the estate [uncertain reading] that followed upon them – for that same entrusted sum of one thousand Polish złoty and for the interest, by reason of its payment, he gives a quittance, and the inscriptions and the whole process he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Jan Wysokiński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Józef, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Dziewulski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj, and to his lawful successors he mortgages his paternal estate, that is a plot containing within it nine strips of arable, between the baulks of the present mortgagee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Iwanowski on the other, beginning at the village road and running towards the place called Grodz, situated and lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Dziewule, vacant, with everything – for the sum of forty Polish złoty, from now for one year, with the term falling at the feast of All Saints in the year, God willing, to come 1744; and thereafter from year to year. He consented to intromission and promised warranty, and this under a penalty of four hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Antoni, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Krasuski Strączek, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Krasuski and to his successors he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is his whole and entire inheritance share – in the plots, the buildings, whatsoever structures, gardens, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, thickets, rivers, streams and other appurtenances and appendages of it – situated and lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Mikłusy Zaolszynie Krasusy, with everything, for the sum of thirty [two] Polish złoty [above the word „triginta” the figure „2” is written in; uncertain reading], from now for three years, with the term falling at the feast of All Saints in the year, God willing, to come 1746; and thereafter from one three-year term to another. The noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Fabian Chromiński and to his successors he mortgages the estates subject to his rights, that is:

1) first – two strips of arable, beginning at the plot called Probowszczowa [uncertain reading] and running towards the place called Przecięcie, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wielgórski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Sobiczewski [uncertain reading] on the other; 2) secondly, in the second field – two strips of arable, beginning at the Dębowa road and running towards the Zbuczyn boundaries; further, in that same field and place, one strip of arable, beginning at [the tract – the name read with uncertainty] and running towards the Zbuczyn boundaries; 3) thirdly, in the third field – five strips of arable, beginning at the fields called [the name illegible] and running towards the Tchórzew boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) The noble (Nob.) Zofia Ługowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Ługowski begotten with the late noble (Nob.) Marcjanna née Iwanowska, by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Borkowski, and by her second and present marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Ługowski, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to her – by title of the dowry and trousseau, out of the paternal and maternal estates, that is those which fell to her after the noble (Nob.) Marcjanna née Iwanowska, the deponent's mother, out of the estates of Iwanów and Bzów and devolved upon her after her mother's death – sufficient and full satisfaction has been rendered through the hands of the noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski, her stepfather (vitricus); wherefore she gives a quittance to him, and from those estates she withdraws and renounces them; moreover the right which belongs to her in them she yields up and cedes to the noble (Nob.) Ignacy Zaliwski and to his successors, by virtue of the present deposition.

Jan — by her first marriage the wife of the late Ludwik Iwanowski, by her second and present marriage the lawful wife of Kazimierz Grodzicki — and to her successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; which sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates; and he submits and binds himself to pay that same sum on the first demand of that same creditrix of his, at the proper time, and to lodge it with the present records, and this under a penalty of one hundred Polish złoty.
