Osmulski

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Jasińska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński and wife of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, with the assistance of that husband of hers and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zaleski, her maternal cousin, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski, her brother by the same mother, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Osmulski, and to his successors, she gives and donates her hereditary estates, that is the whole and entire inheritance share falling to her together with her two sisters after the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński – in the plot, the buildings, the apiary with the bees, the arable, the fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers, streams and in the other appurtenances and appendages of that share – lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Tchórzew Plewki and of Krasusy Zaolszynie and Łęczna Wola, with everything. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the nobles (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski and Franciszka Jasińska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Jasiński, his wife, lawful spouses of one another, on the one side, and the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski on the other side – being of sound mind and body, and namely the wife with the assistance of her husband – deposed that mutually they give a quittance to one another and to their successors, namely: the nobles (Nob.) Ługowski give a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski for the sum of four hundred and eighty Polish złoty, laid down by title of the price of the estates and in fact taken up from the hands of that same Osmulski, and inscribed under the act of this day by way of a simple debt to the nobles (Nob.) Marcjanna and Helena Jasińska, sisters, they taking that burden upon themselves and upon their estates; and the well-born (Gen.) Osmulski gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Ługowski for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty together with the interest falling to him from the matter adjudged, awarded by a decree of the present office issued on the ground of the estate of Tchórzew Plewki on the Tuesday next after the feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord in the year 1742 between the deponents and the mother on the one side and the present parties giving the quittance and the other co-successors on the other side; further, for the luitum penalties secured by that same decree; and lastly for the condemnation obtained at the peremptory term (succubitorius) on the above occasion – after the satisfaction received.

And at once the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Jasińska, his lawful wife, and to her successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty, which he took up on this day from the hands of the well-born (Gen.) Osmulski as the remainder left from the price of the estates, by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates, undertaking and binding himself to pay it on the first demand of that wife of his and to lodge it with the present records; and this under a like penalty of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Osmulski, and to his successors, he yields up and, ceding, transfers a sum of fifty Polish złoty – adjudged and falling to him, the deponent, by a decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the estate of Tchórzew Plewki on the Tuesday next after the feast of the Transfiguration of Christ Our Lord in the year 1742 against the nobles (Nob.) Marcjanna and Helena Jasińska, sisters, and now taken up from the hands of the present cessionary – giving power to take up that sum, to give a quittance for what is taken up and to pursue it at law.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Osmulski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Helena and Marcjanna Jasińska and to their successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty, by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates, undertaking and binding himself to pay it on the first demand of those creditors and to lodge it with the present records; and this under a like penalty of two hundred Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
