Maciej Radzikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) The noble (Nob.) Marcjanna Radomyska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kożuchowski, her husband, being of sound mind and body, deposed that she gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Maciej Radomyski, her parent, and to his successors for the sum of one hundred and fifty Polish złoty falling to her, and inscribed by that same parent on account of her dowry by way of a simple debt before the [Łuków] castle court records on the Saturday, on the very day of the feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord in that same year 1740; as also for the dowry and the trousseau due to her out of the paternal and maternal estates and out of the movable and self-moving goods – by reason of the sufficient satisfaction shown – and that inscription she cancels, and she renounces and abdicates the said estates for ever.

The name of the village „Krasuse Gołowierzchy” is written here legibly – it settles the doubt at entry no. 796.
