The well-born (Gen.) Tomasz Dembowski called Grzebisz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Walenty Celiński and to his successors for the sum of forty Polish złoty – which the latter, by way of the price for the resignation made by the deponent in his favour before the present records on the Friday before the feast of St Catherine, Virgin and Martyr, of the past year 1742, laid down for the person of the deponent, and afterwards, upon a manifestation as to the invalidity of that donation made before these records on the Friday on the eve of the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary of that same year, placed in the deposit (sequestration) of the office; and the deponent has now in fact taken it out of that sequestration. He therefore gives a quittance and withdraws from that deed of donation.

The date of the decree (the vigil of St Hedwig 1743 = 14 October 1743, a Monday – the feria agrees) is identical with the date of the decree of inquisition of entry 1262: on that day the office judged several criminal causes. The fourth mention in the 1744 volume of the penalty of the tower (cf. 1202, 1258, 1283). The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-040.
