Andrzej Radomyski, Piotr Koziestański, Antoni Dziewulski, Wojciech and Józef Dziewulski and Łukasz Krasuski, heirs and possessors of the estates of the village of Koziestany, and their successors — for the sum of forty-six Polish złoty together with a penalty of fifteen marks, adjudged to him by a decree of condescension of the present office, issued in the estate of the village of Koziestany on the Wednesday next after the feast of the Purification of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary of the current year 1744, between him as a party on the one side and the party quitted on the other, and lodged with the records of that same office on the Thursday, on the very day of the feast of St Dorothy, Virgin and Martyr, of the current year, by way of oblation — and this day taken up by him sufficiently and in full, he gives a quittance, and that decree together with its force he cancels.

notes and marginalia The entry closes the proceedings of execution: the decree of condescension (the court's descent upon the ground) was handed down on 5 February 1744 in the village of Koziestany, and lodged with the records by oblation on 6 February 1744 – the same day under which the clerk opened the session with entry 1150 (a cross-check of the dates within the register). The penalty of fifteen marks = 24 złp (1 mark = 1.6 złp); the principal sum 46 złp. The figure „sześć” by „czterdzieści” is written above the line. notes and marginalia The date of the protestation cited has been reckoned: the Thursday after Misericordia Sunday 1743 = 2 May 1743 (a Thursday) – it agrees. The same Andrzej Radomyski and Marcin Zabłocki appear in entries 1163–1164 (February 1744), where Zabłocki was a party as against the heirs of Koziestany – the reckonings of the two families run on through the whole year. notes and marginalia **The fourth unambiguous confirmation in the whole study of the rate of the Hungarian red złoty: 1 aureus Hungaricalis = 18 złp** („aureorum Hungaricalium per octodecim florenos Polonicales numerando”); the earlier ones at entries 1038, 1098 and in the part for the year 1744. The number of the red złoty the clerk wrote indistinctly and it has not been read – the sums have not been converted. The persons and the village of Zabłocie agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-046.
