The clerk had already begun the same act on scan 57-043 (f. 41v) and broke it off after a few lines – the truncated beginning was written down separately as entry 1323; here is the full version. The matter concerns the reckoning of the inheritance share after Maciej Aleksander Niewęgłowski among numerous brothers, sisters and relations by marriage; as umpire was chosen the magnificent **Jan de Borzec Borzechowski, tribune of Bracław**, and the meeting was appointed for 20 April 1744 (the Monday after Misericordia – reckoned) upon the ground of the disputed estates. The entry names outright the **Łuków castle court office of the starosta** (Officium Castrense Capitaneale Lucoviense). All the persons agree with the PTG tags for scans 57-043 and 57-044.
