The name of the village breaks off at the spine of the binding („in villa Klem…”); it has been supplied as Klembów on the strength of the PTG place tag for scan 57-023, where the same Kaznowski occur by the village of Klembów. The date of the inscription cited has been reckoned: SS. Fabian and Sebastian 1744 = 20 January 1744, a Monday – the feria agrees, and the inscription arose barely five weeks before the quittance. The sum is given with groszy (72 złp 24 gr) – a record of incomplete złoty rare in this register.
