The well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Mościcki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Sebastian Olszewski, Ludwik Leszczyński and Franciszek Modrzewski and to their successors for the penalties – namely, to the nobles (Nob.) Leszczyński and Olszewski for the triple fourteen Polish marks, and to the said [Modrzewski] for the simple fourteen Polish marks, and for the penalty of three Polish marks – awarded by the decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the Olszewnica estate on the Thursday on the eve of the feast of St Thomas the Apostle of the past year 1742, and likewise for the court confinement ordered by that same decree – and this by reason of the satisfaction rendered.

The well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Leszczyński, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Mościcki and to his successors for the sum of fifty-four Polish złoty, inscribed to him, the deponent, by that party quitted before the present records on the Monday after the feast of St Francis the Confessor in the Year of Our Lord 1741, upon his estates, by way of a simple debt, and now in fact and effectively received by the deponent. He gives a quittance and cancels that inscription.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Karwowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Michał Karwowski, his brother german, and to his successors, he mortgages his paternal hereditary estate, that is three strips of arable, beginning at the Trzebieszów boundaries and running towards the Piszczawskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Karwowski on the one side and of Andrzej Mościcki on the other, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Karwów, with every right, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, from now until the year and the feast of St Casimir falling in the year 1744, and thereafter in like manner. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a like penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty and the forum of the present office.

The nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and Kazimierz Szaniawski, in their own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Jadwiga née Olszewska – by her first marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Szaniawski, their father, and now by her second marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Józef Celiński – their mother, for whose ratification they stand surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Marian Mościcki and to the noble (Nob.) Jan, his son, and to their successors for the penalty of quadruple fourteen Polish marks and for the luitum (lucta) penalty of three marks, adjudged by a decree of the present office issued in the terms for complaints (the courts of suits) on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1742 between those same parties; and likewise for the court confinement undergone by that party quitted; and further for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office over an insult, and likewise for the protestations, the relations and the decrees in that matter, and especially the one described above – and this by reason of the full payment made to them in the above matters. The protestations, the relation and the enforcement clause of the decrees they cancel.

The noble (Nob.) Marian Mościcki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and Kazimierz Szaniawski, brothers german to one another, and to the noble (Nob.) Maciej, his son, and to their successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty on account of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; that sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates, and he undertakes to pay it from now at [the term]… [the continuation of the entry on the next folio].

The noble (Nob.) Wojciech Szaniawski and the noble (Nob.) Maciej, his son, in their own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Szaniawski, his brother german, for whose peace they stand surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Marian Mościcki and to his successors for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty – inscribed to him earlier by that same party quitted before the present records on the Monday after Judica Sunday of the year 1743 [1 April 1743] by way of obligation, and afterwards added to [by a second inscription, the date of which is illegible in the manuscript] – and now raised from the hands of the present party quitted – and that inscription they cancel.

The nobles (Nob.) Antoni, son of the late noble (Nob.) Walenty, and Mateusz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni, Wierzchowski called Janowicze, paternal cousins to one another, and grandsons of the late noble (Nob.) Agnieszka née Mościcka, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they give a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and Antoni Mościcki, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, and to Marcjanna, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Mościcki, and to their successors for the sum of sixteen Polish złoty and twenty groszy – falling to the deponents out of the sum of the late nobles (Nob.) Maciej and Agnieszka née Mościcka Wierzchowska, on account of a dowry, upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Krzywda [the reading of the name uncertain], and now in fact raised from the hands of the parties quitted.

The noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Wysokiński, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wysokiński called Janowicz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Adam, and to his successors for the sums written down below – and namely: the first, of ten Polish złoty, [inscribed] by the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Wysokiński upon estates lying in the hereditary village of Wysokiny Tęczki, on the Friday within the octave of the feast of Corpus Christi of that same year 1735; the second, of twelve Polish złoty, by the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Wysokiński upon those same estates, on the Wednesday within the octave of the feast of Corpus Christi of that same year; and the third, of thirty-three Polish złoty, by both the nobles (Nob.) Bartłomiej and Krzysztof Wysokiński upon those same estates, on the Monday after the feast of SS Vitus and Modestus the Martyrs in the Year of Our Lord 1740 – all of them inscribed before the present records by way of mortgage, in the first place to the noble (Nob.) Szymon Mościcki [the reading of the surname uncertain], and thereafter ceded by that same noble (Nob.) Szymon Mościcki to him, the deponent, on the Wednesday after the feast of St Peter in Chains in the Year of Our Lord 1740; further, for another sum of twenty Polish złoty, inscribed to him by the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Wysokiński before those same records in that same year – and now raised from the hands of the party quitted of this day, as the acquirer of the perpetual right to those same estates – and those inscriptions he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław, son of the late Krzysztof Olszewski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Mościcki, and to his successors his hereditary estate, that is five strips of plot land together with a field at Lipnie [the name – uncertain reading], beginning at the village road and running towards the river called Krzna, between the baulks of [the given name illegible] and of the noble (Nob.) The nobles (Nob.) Józef Celiński on the one side and Marian Mościcki on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors –

and namely the noble (Nob.) Celiński to the noble (Nob.) Marian Mościcki, for the double penalty of fourteen Polish marks, further for the tower confinement, adjudged by a decree of the present office in the terms for complaints, that is in the courts of the office's suits, handed down between the deponents on both sides on the Friday after the feast of the Assumption of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1743 [16 August 1743];

and the noble (Nob.) Marian Mościcki to the nobles (Nob.) Józef and Jadwiga Celiński, husband and wife, and further to the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech and the second Wojciech Szaniawski – for the double penalty of fourteen marks, further for the penalty and payment (luita) of three Polish marks, as also for the tower confinement, adjudged by a decree of condescension issued upon the ground of the estate of Sokule on the Thursday, the vigil of the feast of St Nicholas the Bishop in the Year of Our Lord 1743 [5 December 1743], and lodged with the records of the present office by way of oblation –

they give a quittance, and the enforcement clause, as far as the remitted marks and the tower confinement are concerned, they cancel.

Jan called Skrobisz [the cognomen – uncertain reading], on the one side, and Jakub and Paweł Mościcki, brothers german to one another, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – for whatsoever protestations, lodged before the present records on account of the wrongs mutually done to one another, further for the relations entered in that matter, as also for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – by reason of the full satisfaction mutually rendered to one another; and the protestations and the relations they cancel.

Bartłomiej Mościcki, the Olszewski, daughters born of the first bed, sisters german to one another, and to their successors –

for the sum of seven struck thalers (imperial thalers) and for the penalty and payment (luita) of three Polish marks, adjudged to him by a decree of the present office in the terms for complaints, that is the courts of the office's suits, handed down on the Monday after the feast of the Purification of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary of the past year 1743 [4 February 1743] between the deponent on the one side and the parties quitted on the other, and paid to him by those same parties quitted – he gives a quittance; and by reason of the satisfaction rendered to him in the above sum he likewise gives a quittance for the manifestations and the relations, and the decree handed down in that matter, noted above with the act, together with its enforcement clause, he cancels.

Franciszek Kiełpiński – the last in his own name and in the name of the well-born (Gen.) Marianna née Pajkowska Kiełpińska, his mother, for whom he stands surety – being of sound mind and body, deposed (and the wife with the assistance of her husband) that they give a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Stanisław Rozwadowski and Marianna Sobolówna, daughter of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Sobol, spouses to one another, further to Jan Mościcki and Urszula née Niewęgłowska – by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Sebastian Sobol, and now the wife of that same noble (Nob.) Mościcki – and to their successors:

for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty, due by title of the dowry after the late noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Sobolówna, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Sobol and wife of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Paszkowski, the grandmother of the deponents, out of the paternal and maternal estates – adjudged to them by a decree of condescension issued upon the ground of the estate of the village of Krasów Wielki on the Friday after the feast of St Giles the Abbot in the year 1743 [6 September 1743], between the parties, and lodged with the records of the present office by way of oblation on the Monday after the feast of St Thomas the Apostle of that same year [23 December 1743], and ordered to be paid on the day of the present act – further for the penalty and payment (luita) of three Polish marks adjudged by that same decree – by reason of the actual payment of that same sum and penalty they give a quittance, and the enforcement clause of that same decree they cancel.

Moreover the same deponents yield up and cede to the said nobles (Nob.) Stanisław Rozwadowski and Jan Mościcki – out of the above sum of two hundred Polish złoty and the penalty, actually paid out and taken up by them – together with all the conditions of that same decree and process, giving them every and entire right: to take up that sum, to give a quittance for what is taken up, and to hold, to have and to answer for the estates charged with that sum until its payment, whensoever it shall follow.

The nobles (Nob.) Krzysztof Strus, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stefan, on the one side, and Paweł, the father, Gabriel, the son, further Józef, the Krasuski Magdalon, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed and acknowledged that mutually and the one to the other, and to their successors, they give a quittance, and namely:

the noble (Nob.) Strus – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of a forcible entry upon him, of the infliction of wounds and of other claims, and for the decree of inquisition which followed upon it;

and the nobles (Nob.) Krasuski – for the suit brought by them against that same noble (Nob.) Strus and against the nobles (Nob.) Marian Mościcki, Andrzej Szaniawski, Szymon […] and Jan Ryszkowski with the present office;

and moreover for all the claims which they had against one another by virtue of the terms touched upon and which followed from them – by reason of the settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered – giving a quittance both to themselves and to the others entering into that suit; and those terms, the decree of inquisition and the entries pending in the registers they cancel.

Andrzej Mościcki, and to his successors his paternal hereditary estate, that is five strips from the homesteads, beginning at the village road and running towards the road called Zapłotnia, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Zaleski on the one side and of the well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Olszewski, his brother, on the other; further four strips of arable, beginning at the road called Zapłotnia and running towards the river, together with a meadow, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Kurowski on the one side and of that same well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Olszewski on the other; further five strips of arable, running towards the Zawieckie boundaries [uncertain reading], together with a meadow, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.)
