Łaski

The nobles (Nob.) Aleksander Świerczowski on the one side, and Wojciech Łaski and Piotr and Jan Zaleski on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – for whatsoever protestations accompanied by inspection of wounds made mutually against one another, as also for the relations drawn up and entered by virtue of them, and likewise for all and each of the claims concerning their persons arising up to this day – by reason of the settlement concluded between them; the protestations and the relations they cancel.

The noble (Nob.) Andrzej Płodowski (Płudowski) and Elżbieta née Celińska, husband and wife, being of sound mind and body, deposed – and in particular the wife with the assistance of her husband – that they give a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Łaski and to his successors, and this following upon (insistendo) the official quittance made by the nobles (Nob.) Jan and Kazimierz Celiński, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Celiński called Michałowicz, brothers german to one another, the maternal uncles of his wife, before the present records on the Wednesday after Misericordia Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1740 in favour of and to the person of the party quitted. They give him a quittance: for the whole suit and official action brought by those same uncles in the interest of his wife on account of a wounding and of other acts of violence and claims; for the protestations – namely the first, made by Jan Celiński, one of the uncles, and by the wife herself with his assistance, before those same records on the Saturday before the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the year 1739, on account of the wounding and the infliction of wounds upon her and of other acts of violence and claims, together with an inspection of wounds; and the second, made on the Tuesday before the feast of the Holy Martyrs Vitus and Modestus against the party quitted so often mentioned; further, for the relations and for whatsoever court terms and quittances issued both against the uncles and against her herself; and finally for the decree of inquisition in that matter, issued in the terms (the courts of the office's suits) on the Monday after Low Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1740 between the said uncles and herself on the one side and the party quitted on the other; and likewise for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – and this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to them in everything. The protestations, the relations and the decree they cancel; and Popławska withdraws entirely from all the above and annuls it. Moreover, the said quittance noted above in the act, made in favour of and to the person of the party quitted, they approve, confirm and ratify, willing and declaring that it shall have that same force and validity – by means of the present depositions.

The noble (Nob.) Elżbieta née Celińska, lawful wife of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Płodowski, with the assistance of her husband, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Łaski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Ludwik Łaski, and to his successors she cedes and yields the sum of one hundred and sixty-nine Polish złoty – inscribed to her before the present records on the Wednesday after Misericordia Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1740 by way of a simple debt (of money lent), and received by the nobles (Nob.) Jan and Kazimierz Celiński called Michałowicz, brothers german to one another, her maternal uncles, from the hands of the present cessionary; and now taken up sufficiently by herself from the hands of the present cessionary – giving and granting power to receive that sum, to give a quittance for what is received and, if need be, to pursue it at law.

The magnificent (Magn.) Józef Rzewuski, sword-bearer of the Mielnik land, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Stefan Rzewuski, cup-bearer of Drohiczyn, grandson of the former well-born (Gen.) Feliks Beydo Rzewuski, clerk of the Mielnik castle court, and nephew (sister's son) and natural successor of the late well-born (Gen.) Helena née Rzewuska Zaliwska, wife of the well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Zaliwski, who departed this world without issue, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Antoni Rzewuski, treasurer of Mścisław, and to his successors he cedes and yields the sum of eight thousand Polish złoty. That sum was contracted by the late well-born (Gen.) Wojciech de Wołyńce Zaliwski and inscribed to the well-born (Gen.) Helena Rzewuska, the deponent's aunt, daughter of the late well-born (Gen.) Feliks Beydo Rzewuski, clerk of the Mielnik castle court, by way of a simple debt upon his estates, before the Drohiczyn castle court records on the Monday before the feast of St Margaret Virgin and Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 167[0] [the reading of the year uncertain]; and after the death without issue of the said well-born (Gen.) Helena née Rzewuska Zaliwska it fell to the deponent by divine right and natural succession. The cession embraces all the conditions, points, clauses, articles, bonds and securities of that original inscription, as also of the supplementary inscription, officially confirmed by right of cession in his favour by the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Łaski before the present records on the Monday after Misericordia Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1741. Having received sufficient satisfaction from the hands of the present cessionary, he cedes every right; giving power to receive that sum, to give a quittance for what is received and to pursue it in the ordinary course of law in every court and office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Mateusz Łaski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Krasuski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej, and to his successors, he mortgages and binds his acquired hereditary estates, that is: eight strips of arable, beginning at the boundary [and] running towards […], between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek Izdebski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Michał Chromiński on the other; further, six strips of arable, beginning at the little birch [uncertain reading] and running towards the Żdżarowskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wielgórski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Krasuski on the other; further, meadows, that is eight hides, beginning at the headland and running towards the hill, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Michał Chromiński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Krasuski on the other – all of it lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Krasusy Mikłusy, with everything – for the sum of sixty Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the coming year 1746, and thereafter from year to year until that same feast. Intromission forthwith, of civil right; and this under a like penalty of sixty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

The magnificent (Magn.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, being of sound mind and body, deposed that a certain hand-written bond, running in favour of and to the person of the magnificent (Magn.) Antoni Jezierski, vice-starosta of Lublin, issued by him, the deponent himself, here at Łuków on the second day of May of the current year 1743, signed in his own hand and secured by the conditions (ligamenta) contained in that same bond – he approves in everything, and he strengthens and approves it; and this under the conditions contained in it, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Domański, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Domański, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Maciej Rola, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz, and to his successors, his hereditary paternal estate, that is: twelve strips of the plot, beginning at the village road and running towards the boundaries of the royal town of Łuków, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Łaski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Turski on the other; further, four strips of arable, beginning at the boundary and running towards those same boundaries, between the same baulks; further, two strips of arable, beginning at the public road and running towards the Turskie boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Turski on the one side and the ground belonging to the parish church of Łuków on the other — all of it lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Łazy, vacant (unsown), with everything — he mortgages and obliges for the sum of forty-two Polish złoty, from now for two years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the coming year 1744, and thereafter from year to year until redemption; intromission from now, by civil law, and this under a like penalty of forty-two Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

The nobles (Nob.) Antoni Wylamowski and Krystyna née Wylamowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Józef Wylamowski and wife of the noble (Nob.) Jan Borkowski, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Teresa née Izdebska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Izdebski and wife of the noble (Nob.) Adam Izdebski, and to her successors, they cede with every right the sum of thirty-five Polish złoty – inscribed in the first place by the noble (Nob.) Zofia Wylamowska, wife of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Izdebski, to the noble (Nob.) Jan Łaski upon estates lying in the village of Wylany before the present records on the Thursday after Jubilate Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1725 [26 April 1725], and afterwards ceded by that same noble (Nob.) Jan Łaski to them, or rather to their parents, before those same records on the Monday after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the Year of Our Lord 1720 [the reading of the year uncertain] –

and now raised from the hands of the present cessionary; and they transfer all [the rights]; they consent to intromission from now on for the future and submit to the court, and this under a like penalty of thirty-five Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The venerable (Ven.) Hiacynt [Cielemęcki], archdeacon […], on the one side, and Krzysztof on the other […] the Cielemęckis, and likewise Adam and Józef, sons of the late magnificent (Magn.) Piotr Cielemęcki, chamberlain of the Mielnik land, brothers german to one another, as also the well-born (Gen.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, as the third party, being of sound mind and body, deposed that – for the final settling and deciding of the classes of claims, both between themselves the brothers and […] held and arising up to this day –

as the highest arbiter and judge (the umpire) they choose, inscribe, appoint and solemnly […] the magnificent (Magn.) Krzysztof a Gołąbki Jezierski, giving and granting to that same magnificent (Magn.) umpire […] the right to hold a condescension and to establish the jurisdiction.

That same magnificent (Magn.) umpire is to come down to the condescension at the convent of the fathers of the Order of St Francis Observant here at Łuków on the Wednesday after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist [26 June 1743], together with the magnificent (Magn.) arbiters, two appointed by each side.

First of all he shall bind the well-born (Gen.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, and the magnificent (Magn.) Joanna née Jezierska – by her first marriage the wife of the late magnificent (Magn.) Piotr Cielemęcki, chamberlain of the Mielnik land, and by her second marriage the wife of that same [Łaski] – her husband, to produce the documents, throwing light upon the mass of the Cielemęcki substance; upon that production, preceded above all by an oath taken and confirmed, he shall establish that mass and shall separate from the Cielemęcki substance what passed to the successors by title of the late Joanna née Jezierska Łaska;

next he shall examine the lawfulness of the succession – both after the late […] and after Piotr Cielemęcki, the father, and after the nobles (Nob.) Franciszek and Józef Cielemęcki, brothers german, who died without issue, and after Antoni […]; regulating the rights and actions of the parties, he shall decide all the transactions, shall ascertain to whom what fell, and shall cancel or confirm the claims of the parties – according to equity; from whatever source they arise, he shall judge them according to the degrees of law that shall be required;

finally, in his decision, according to the classes described above, he shall order the setting apart […] of sums of that kind in due proportion both to the parties and to the competing claimants, in […] the making of satisfaction.

As regards the noble (Nob.) deputy voivode of Łuków – on account of the sum of six thousand Polish złoty contracted by the late […] in favour of […] Hiacynt, he shall decide and shall compel to warranty whomsoever it shall fall to, or shall secure him upon the sums concerning him, so far as they suffice; and should the warranty upon the sums named above and upon others prove insufficient – he shall reserve to himself the indication [of further security].

Promising and inscribing themselves that whatever shall be decided and adjudged by the said magnificent (Magn.) umpire together with the magnificent (Magn.) arbiters, they shall hold as valid and agreeable; and this under the land-law damages and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The magnificent (Magn.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Józef, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz, and Helena née Jaślikowska Domański, husband and wife, and to their successors for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty – inscribed to him by those same parties quitted by way of a simple debt upon their estates, before the present records on the Monday after Exaudi Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1741 [15 May 1741], and now in fact raised – and that inscription he cancels and annuls.

The nobles (Nob.) Andrzej, Józef and Piotr Celiński, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Łukasz Celiński, brothers german to one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they – in their own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Celiński and of Tomasz [uncertain reading], for whom they stand surety – yield up and transfer with every right to the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Krasuski called Synowiec and to his successors the sum of twenty Polish złoty, inscribed by the late well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Popławski to the said noble (Nob.) Łukasz Celiński, their parent, by way of obligation upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Gołowierzchy (Krasusy-Gołowierzchy), before the present records on the Monday within the octave of the feast of Corpus Christi of that same year 1720, and now in fact raised by them; introducing him forthwith, and namely into their own matter and person, by the present act; and this under a penalty of twenty Polish złoty and under the present court.

The magnificent (Magn.) Jan Franciszek Jezierski, sword-bearer of Liw, clerk of the Łuków castle court, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Krzysztof and Sebastian Celiński called Oleksiki, brothers german to one another, and to their successors for the principal sum of forty Hungarian red złoty, together with the interest grown upon it, secured to him by a certain hand-written bond given by way of a contract and approved before the present records by an official confirmation (roboratio) – and likewise for the intromission into the estates altogether; the said bond together with its official confirmation (roboratio) he cancels, and he withdraws from the estates.

The well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Dembowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Stanisław likewise, called Jakusz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the magnificent (Magn.) Jan Franciszek Jezierski, sword-bearer of Liw, clerk of the Łuków castle court, and to his successors his hereditary paternal estate, and namely: first – eight strips of arable, beginning at the Ostrówek, otherwise „od Zasadrawca”, and running towards the river [the name illegible], between the boundaries of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) [the given name illegible] Dembowski on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Dominik Dembowski on the other; further, a third part in the buildings [the rest of the line illegible at the fold of the leaf]; next, in the field of Siedliczne, strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnie and running towards the boundaries of [the name illegible], free of encumbrances, situated and lying in the hereditary village of [the name illegible] – he gives and donates with everything. He consents to a joint intromission, and this under the land-law damages and under the court of the present office.

The same deponent, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the magnificent (Magn.) [Jan Franciszek Jezierski], clerk of the Łuków castle court, and to his successors for the sum of two hundred and sixteen Polish złoty – both on account of the price for the inheritance share resigned under today's act and for a certain building, which the party now quitted shall be bound to move from his hereditary plot onto his own plot – raised from his hands.

The very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Krzysztof Cielemęcki, son of the late venerable (Ven.) Piotr Cielemęcki, land chamberlain of Bielsk – in his own name and in the name of the very reverend (Perillustr. et Adm. Rev.) Father Hiacynt Cielemęcki, archdeacon of Bakowo [uncertain reading], his brother german, by virtue of a special power of attorney deposed for him by that brother, for the acts described below, before the present records on the Wednesday, on the vigil of the feast of St Peter in Chains of the present year 1743 – on the one side, and the magnificent (Magn.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of the Łuków land, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they – for the final quieting and settlement of the classes of claims arising mutually between them – choose as their highest judge and umpire (superarbiter) the magnificent (Magn.) Krzysztof z Gołąbek Jezierski, starosta [the reading of the office uncertain], and inscribe this, giving and permitting to that same magnificent (Magn.) umpire to come down to the ground at the term described below and to found his jurisdiction.

Which magnificent (Magn.) umpire, having come down to the ground of the estate of Łazy, the leasehold of the magnificent (Magn.) Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, on the Monday after the feast of St Lawrence the Martyr coming in the present year, together with the magnificent (Magn.) arbiters – two taken by each side – shall first of all compel the said Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, and the magnificent (Magn.) Jan z Jezierskich [uncertain reading], as the husband of the [granddaughter] of the late venerable (Ven.) Piotr Cielemęcki, chamberlain of the Bielsk land, to bring in both the documents and the whole mass of the Cielemęcki substance; and out of that bringing in, which is to take place first of all and is to be affirmed by oath, he shall establish that same mass and separate it from the Jezierski substance, fallen to the successors by title of the late lord z Jezierskich Łaski; next he shall settle the lawfulness of the succession – both after the late venerable (Ven.) Piotr Cielemęcki, the father, and after the late lords Franciszek and Józef Cielemęcki, brothers german, who died without issue – and shall declare upon whom it has fallen; further he shall examine any claims whatsoever of the parties, arising from whatsoever source, whose adjudication they shall demand; and lastly, after the settlement of the above classes, he shall carry out a division of the estates, proportionate to the sums charged upon them, between the parties and the participants, as also the restitution of the movables and the livestock.

Moreover he shall join to this the claim of the lord deputy voivode of Łuków on account of the sum of six thousand Polish złoty contracted by the lord Cielemęcki for the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Hiacynt Cielemęcki, shall settle it and compel to warranty whomsoever it shall concern, or shall secure it upon the sums concerning him, so far as they suffice; and in the event of an insufficient warranty he shall reserve the vindication upon the sums enumerated above and upon others.

Promising and inscribing that they will accept as valid and pleasing all that shall be settled and adjudged by the magnificent (Magn.) umpire together with the magnificent (Magn.) arbiters, and this under the land-law damages and under the present court.

The well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Łaski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Ludwik, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the illustrious (Illustr.) Antoni z Miączyna Miączyński, count of Łataje [uncertain reading], Sulec and Siemień, starosta [the reading of the office uncertain] and of Łosice, and to his successors for the sum of three thousand Polish złoty – inscribed to him, the deponent, by that same illustrious (Illustr.) party quitted before the Łuków castle court records on the Friday before the feast of St Michael the Archangel in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty-eight, by way of a simple debt upon all and each of his estates, and now in fact and effectively raised, together with the interest, from the hands of the party quitted of this day; and likewise for the suit and official action brought and begun before the present office over that same sum; for the relations, for the entries in the registers now pending, as also for the manifestations made before any trustworthy records of the Kingdom whatsoever, and for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – and this by reason of the satisfaction shown to him; and that inscription, the manifestations, the relation and the entries in the registers now pending he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Józef Domański, son of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Łaski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Łaski, and to his successors for the sum of thirty Polish złoty – inscribed to the late well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Domański, his father, by the late noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Łaski by way of an obligation upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Łazy, before the present records on the Monday within the octave of the feast of Corpus Christi of that same year 1700, and now in fact raised from the hands of the party quitted of this day, as the acquirer of the perpetual right to those estates – and that inscription he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Maciej Rola – in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Konstancja née Słotwińska, his wife, for whom he stands surety – being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Łaski [the reading of the surname uncertain] and Adam Brodkowski, the father of a family, and to their successors for a certain protestation, made against them together with an inspection of wounds before the present records in the present year; and that protestation he cancels.

The well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Łaski, son of the late Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Łaski, his brother german, and to his successors he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is his whole and entire inheritance share, situated and lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Zalesie, with everything, for the sum of sixty Polish złoty, from now for one year, with the term falling at the feast of St Leonard the Confessor in the year, God willing, to come 1744; and thereafter from year to year and to the same feast. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a penalty of sixty Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Łukasz Świerczowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Józef, being of sound mind and of good understanding, deposed that he gives a quittance to the magnificent (Magn.) Jan Franciszek Jezierski, clerk of the Łuków castle court, and to his successors – for the sum of forty Polish złoty, deposed to him by that same man, remaining out of an original sum of one hundred and fifty Polish złoty, and secured by a hand-written bond (scriptum manuale) which the deponent has lost – now in fact and effectually taken up.

The noble (Nob.) Antoni Dziewulski, son of the late Kazimierz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Maciej Płudowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jerzy, and to his successors he mortgages his paternal hereditary estate, that is:

1) the meadow called Grodz, of eleven mowings [uncertain reading], in the larger place, beginning at the fences and running towards the hollow [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Nowosielski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wierzejski called Pieniążek on the other; 2) further, in the second place – two and a half mowing meadows, beginning at that same hollow and running towards the place called Kamienny Płot, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Franciszek Łaski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wierzejski on the other –

situated and lying in the hereditary village of Wierzejki, with everything, for the sum of fifty Polish złoty, from now for one year, with the term falling at the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop in the year, God willing, to come 1744, and thereafter from year to year and to the same feast, until redemption. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty and the present forum.

The well-born (Gen.) Jan Borkowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Walenty Borkowski called Kowieski, and grandson of the late well-born (Gen.) Grzegorz Borkowski and Elżbieta née Łaska, together with his wife, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Łaski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Wojciech Łaski, and to his successors they give and donate their estates – the husband his hereditary ones, and the wife those which are subject to her rights – that is their whole and entire inheritance share: in the plots, gardens, orchards, arable, fields, meadows, forests, groves, coppices, thickets, clearings, lakes, marshes, rivers, streams and other appurtenances of that same inheritance share – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Łazy, and already standing in mortgage with that same donee – with everything they give and donate. The noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Krasuski called Zychowicz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Aleksander, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Walery Krasuski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej called Strączek, and to his successors he gives and donates his hereditary estate, acquired from the name (the family) of the Karwowski („a Nomine Karwoski quaesita”), that is:

1) two strips of garden, beginning at the Zapotoczna field boundary (ściana) and running towards the Zaolszyńskie Wzgłowia, between the baulks of the donee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Walenty Ługowski, or rather of his sons, on the other;

2) further two strips of garden, beginning as above and running towards the Przeciętka of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Łaski, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Łucja née Wielgórska Ługowska on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the other;

3) further two strips of arable, beginning at the Zembry boundary and running towards the Zagumienna road of Mikłusy, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the one side and of the present donee on the other;

4) further two strips of arable of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Jan Wielgórski on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the other;

5) further three strips of added arable (additamenti), beginning at the Zapotoczna field boundary (ściana) and running towards the Zaolszyńskie Wzgłowia, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) 7) further four and a half scythes of meadow, beginning at the Groblana road and running towards the Zapotoczna field boundary (ściana), between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Łaski on the other;

8) further four strips of arable, beginning at the Zembry paved road and running towards the Gołowierzchy boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Łucja née Wielgórska Ługowska on the one side and of the inheritance share called Szostkowizna on the other;

9) further three strips of arable of like length, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Łucja née Wielgórska on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Wielgórski on the other;

10) further one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Przeciętka of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Łaski and running towards the Łąki Szerokie, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Wielgórski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Wielgórski on the other;

11) further two scythes of meadow, beginning at Kamionka and running towards the Zaolszyńskie Uwrocie, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Łaski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Bazyli Borkowski on the other;

12) further two and a half strips of arable in Ogrodzie, beginning at Kamionka and running towards the Zaolszyńskie Uwrocie, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Łucja née Wielgórska Ługowska on the one side and of the inheritance share called Lubomszczyzna on the other;

13) further two strips of arable of like length, between the baulks as above on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Modrzewski on the other;

14) further two strips of arable of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Bazyli Borkowski on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Łucja née Wielgórska on the other;

situated and lying in the hereditary village of Krasusy Mikłusy, and moreover those which remain in mortgage with that same donee, all together and at once. He consented to intromission forthwith, governing himself by the common law, and this under the land-law damages and a simple penalty, submitting to the forum of the present office.
