Dear reader, remember that this is an AI study, that it may contain errors; treat it as indicative and verify it for yourself.
„Persons (different given names)” means: different combinations of a given name with a byname, not persons proved to have existed. Two namesakes from one family merge here into a single item, and the acts give nothing to tell them apart. An entry naming several families stands beside each of them — because the record names them together, and they must not be separated.
The persons of this surname in the acts, with the number of entries and with the kinships the record states outright.

Fragments of families assembled from the kinships the acts state outright. One fragment is as much as a single entry, or a group of entries, allows to be joined without guessing — not a whole family tree, only a certain piece of one.

They give him a quittance: for the whole suit and official action brought by those same uncles in the interest of his wife on account of a wounding and of other acts of violence and claims; for the protestations – namely the first, made by Jan Celiński, one of the uncles, and by the wife herself with his assistance, before those same records on the Saturday before the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the year 1739, on account of the wounding and the infliction of wounds upon her and of other acts of violence and claims, together with an inspection of wounds; and the second, made on the Tuesday before the feast of the Holy Martyrs Vitus and Modestus against the party quitted so often mentioned; further, for the relations and for whatsoever court terms and quittances issued both against the uncles and against her herself; and finally for the decree of inquisition in that matter, issued in the terms (the courts of the office's suits) on the Monday after Low Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1740 between the said uncles and herself on the one side and the party quitted on the other; and likewise for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – and this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to them in everything. The protestations, the relations and the decree they cancel; and Popławska withdraws entirely from all the above and annuls it. Moreover, the said quittance noted above in the act, made in favour of and to the person of the party quitted, they approve, confirm and ratify, willing and declaring that it shall have that same force and validity – by means of the present depositions.

localities in the entry Turze Rogi
[Heading of the session:] On the Saturday on the eve of the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, in the Year of Our Lord 1743 [22 June 1743].
The noble (Nob.) Maciej Karwowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Adam Karwowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Maciej Płudowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jerzy, and to his successors his hereditary maternal estate, that is his whole and entire share in the waste homesteads, the arable, the fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, copses, thickets, brushwood, rivers, streams and in the other appurtenances and appendages of that share, lying and situated in the hereditary village of Turze Rogi, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of sixty Polish złoty, from now for three years, the term falling at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the coming year 1746 [24 June 1746], he mortgages, and thereafter from year to year and so on; he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under a like penalty of sixty Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.
The deponent was unlettered (in the source: „Ignarus litterarum”) – the entry bears no signature.
[Below, the clerk wrote four times „Vacuum Vacuum” (an empty space) and a signature: Carolus Wieszczycki [the reading of the surname uncertain], in his own hand.]
notes and marginalia The formula of the date of the session is internally inconsistent: St John the Baptist, 24 June 1743, fell on a Monday, so the eve is the Sunday, 23 June; „Sabbatho” points to the Saturday, 22 June 1743, which answers to the order of the successive sessions (the preceding one – Friday 21 June). The difference of titulature is notable: the party giving the mortgage is Nobilis, the Płudowskis taking it – Generosi. The rest of the right-hand column of f. 100r the clerk filled with notes „Vacuum” and a signature. **A revision of the reading („olim” instead of „et”).** The original translation read the word before the father's given name as „et” and made Maciej the **son** of Jerzy. In this chancery the abbreviation **„ol.” (olim)** is written as an „o” with a struck-through stem and deceptively resembles „et”; the grammatical case decides it — the genitive with „filio” means **„synowi [kogoś]”** (to the son of someone), not „i synowi” (and to the son). The direction of the filiation is confirmed by entry 1064 („Maciej Płudowski, son of the late Jerzy”). The pattern was checked against the manuscript: entry 246 (scan 56-043, „Antonio Domaszowski … **Casimiri filio**”) and entry 302 (scan 56-051, „Stephano Jasienski **ol. N. Pauli filio**”).

[Heading of the session:] Saturday, the morrow of the feast of St Lucy Virgin and Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1743 [14 December 1743].
The noble (Nob.) Antoni Dziewulski, son of the late Kazimierz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Maciej Płudowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jerzy, and to his successors he mortgages his paternal hereditary estate, that is:
1) the meadow called Grodz, of eleven mowings [uncertain reading], in the larger place, beginning at the fences and running towards the hollow [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Nowosielski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wierzejski called Pieniążek on the other; 2) further, in the second place – two and a half mowing meadows, beginning at that same hollow and running towards the place called Kamienny Płot, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty and the present forum.
[The deponent] unlettered.
notes and marginalia The entry begins on f. 166v (scan 170) and ends on f. 167r. In the left margin a chancery note of 1768: „Feria Tertia post Dominicam Oculi Quadragesimalem – intercessit quietatio”, and so the mortgage was redeemed only after twenty-five years – the longest interval between a mortgage and a quittance noted in this part of the register. The measure of the meadows is given in „kośnych” (arenae) – the reading of the figures is uncertain. All the persons and the village of Wierzejki agree with the PTG tags for scan 170.
