The well-born (Gen.) Mikołaj Twarowski, burgrave of the Liw castle court, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Hilary Twarowski, begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Agnieszka Poniatowska, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec, and to his successors, he cedes the sum of one hundred Polish złoty – inscribed to him, the deponent, by the noble (Nob.) Antoni Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław called Baranik, in his own name and in the name of his brothers, by way of mortgage, upon certain estates lying in the hereditary estates of the villages of Radzików Oczki and Rzążew Kornica, before the present records on the Monday next after the feast of St Mary Magdalene of the past year 1742 – and now in fact received by the deponent from the hands of the present cessionary; he cedes it with everything; he consents to intromission forthwith and promises warranty, especially from himself and his own person. And this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Łukasz Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kalicki, and to his successors, he mortgages his paternal hereditary estate, that is three strips of arable, beginning at the road [the name – uncertain reading] and running towards the Radzików boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Michał Soszyński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) The noble (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Pióro called Kokoszka, and to his successors, he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is an island (insula) comprising within it fifteen strips, beginning at the Izdebki boundary and running towards the Modrzew road, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki on the one side and of Stefan Słowik on the other; further, meadows in four places, situated in Przecze – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Pióry Wielkie, waste, with every right, for the sum of sixty-eight Polish złoty in silver coin, from now for three years, until the feast of St Casimir falling in the year 1746, and thereafter from year to year. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a penalty of sixty-eight Polish złoty and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Jakub Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Michał Pióro, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kalicki, and to his successors, his hereditary estate, that is: 1) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the boundary of Radzików Wielki and running towards the Klinowa baulk, between the baulks of the present donee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Modrzewski on the other – in the hereditary estate of Radzików Wielki; 2) in the hereditary estate of the village of Pióry Pytki – one strip of arable, beginning at the meadows and running towards the Izdebki boundaries, between the baulks of the present donee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro on the other – he gives and donates with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under the land-law penalties and the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Ludwik, and likewise Piotr and Jakub Pióro, and to their successors for a certain protestation, made against them in the office over an insult to his person, a forcible entry into a tavern and attempted acts of violence – and this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to him; and that protestation he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Łukasz Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kalicki, and to his successors, he mortgages his hereditary estate, that is three strips of arable, beginning at Kliny and running towards the village road, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Pióro, his paternal cousin, on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Michał Soszyński on the other, lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Pióry Wielkie, waste, with every right, for the sum of sixteen Polish złoty, from now until redemption. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a penalty of sixteen Polish złoty.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Zofia Czerska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Czerski, begotten of the noble (Nob.) Barbara Domaszewska, and widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Gołaski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Kalicki, and to his successors, her paternal hereditary estate, that is seven strips of arable, beginning at the boundary of the village of Kierzków [uncertain reading] and running towards the Ryszewskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Józef Izdebski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Izdebski on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Czersk [uncertain reading], vacant (unsown), with everything — for the sum of thirty Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1746, she mortgages and obligates, and thereafter from three-year term to three-year term, and she puts them from now into his possession, renouncing every right of her own, and this under a penalty of thirty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki [the reading of the surname uncertain] and to his successors, he mortgages and binds his paternal hereditary estates, that is three strips of arable, beginning at the road […] and running towards Kliny, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Ludwik Pióro on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) The noble (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro, son of the noble (Nob.) Jakub, and to his successors his hereditary paternal estate, that is:

four strips of arable, beginning at the Zbuczyn road and going towards Motyle, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Adam Ostojski on the one side and of the said party on the other;

likewise two strips of arable towards the meadows, beginning at Przecięcie and going towards the Zbuczyn road, between the baulks of the said party on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki on the other;

likewise [three] strips of arable, beginning at the Zdebskie boundaries [in the place called] Wąsy and going towards the Glinińskie [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Adam Ostojski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Rzyżewski [uncertain reading] on the other;

Walery Krasuski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Helena Wysokińska, present on the other side, spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally – and namely the husband upon the estates of Pióry Pytki and Pióry Wielkie, and the wife upon all her estates and upon whatever sums of money and movable goods – they inscribe and grant a life estate and a continuous usufruct and enjoyment.

The noble (Nob.) Szymon Radzikowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kalicki, and to his successors he gives and donates his paternal hereditary estate, that is one strip of arable, beginning at the baulk called Poprzeczna and running towards that same road, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Michał Pióro on both sides – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Radzików Oczki – with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages and under the court of the present office.

Berko Ankielowicz, on the one side, and Józef Kalicki, son of the late Wawrzyniec, and Piotr Głuchowski, in his own name and in the name of his wife, for whom he stands surety, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors – for whatsoever protestations made on that account against one another, further for the relations and for whatsoever terms, as also for all and each of the claims arising up to this day – by reason of the satisfaction mutually rendered to one another, and the protestations and the relations they cancel; in their own name and in the name of the infidel (Infid.) Berko, tavern lessee of the village of Wielka [uncertain reading], for whom they stand surety.

Marcin Kalicki and to his successors he mortgages his hereditary estates, that is [a field] of several strips [the number – uncertain reading], beginning at the river Bielna and running towards the Łuchowskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Antoni Miastkowski on the one side and Kazimierz Płochocki on the other, lying in the hereditary village of Czerśl, vacant, with everything, for the sum of forty-four Polish złoty and twenty-four groszy, from now for one year, with the term falling at the feast of the Holy Three Kings in the Year of Our Lord 1745. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of forty-four Polish złoty and twenty-four groszy, for which he appoints the present forum.

The well-born (Gen.) Marcin Kalicki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Czerski and to his successors – for the double penalty of fourteen Polish marks, adjudged by a decree of the present office in the terms for complaints, that is the courts of the office's suits, handed down on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary of the year just past 1743 [19 August 1743] between the deponent as plaintiff on the one side and that same party quitted on the other – by reason of the full satisfaction rendered to him in those marks; and the enforcement clause of that same decree he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Stanisław Czerski, son of the noble (Nob.) Jan [Czerski], being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Marcin Kalicki and to his successors – for the suit and official action brought with the present office on account of a forcible entry upon him and of defamation, further for the decrees handed down in that matter and for whatsoever marks adjudged by those same decrees, as also for all and each of the claims subsisting up to this day – by reason of the settlement concluded between them; and the protestations, the relations and whatsoever decrees he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Marcin Kalicki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław Czerski, son of the well-born (Gen.) Jan, and to his lawful successors – for the sum of forty-four Polish złoty and twenty-four groszy, inscribed to him by that same party quitted by way of mortgage before the present records on the Monday after the feast of […] of the year 1744; as also for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of a mutual forcible entry and the infliction of wounds, and for the decrees handed down in that behalf and the marks embraced by those same decrees – having received satisfaction in certain points; and the claims, the inscription of the debt noted above and whatsoever decrees he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Głuchowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pióro, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, and to his successors he gives in mortgage and mortgages the paternal hereditary estate, in three fields and four places, that is:
