The noble (Nob.) Marianna Zdanowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Józef Zdanowski, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Walenty Grodzicki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Grzegorz Chromiński, her future husband, and to his successors, she cedes, together with everything, a sum of one hundred and fifty Polish złoty – inscribed to her, the deponent, by the said late noble (Nob.) Walenty Grodzicki, her first husband, before the present records, on the Saturday on the eve of the feast of St Valentine the Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1740, by way of a simple debt upon all his estates; giving power to collect that sum and to give a quittance for its receipt. The original sum amounted to two hundred Polish złoty.

The noble (Nob.) Piotr Obrębski, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Helena Zdanowska, daughter of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Zdanowski, his lawful wife, for whose ratification he stands surety, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Józef Waśniewski and to the noble (Nob.) Marcin, his son, and to their successors for the sum of twenty Polish złoty – inscribed by that party quitted to the said noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Zdanowski, the father of the deponent's wife, by way of mortgage, before the present records on the Saturday on the eve of the feast of Saints Simon and Jude the Apostles in the Year of Our Lord 1737, upon certain estates lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Danysze [uncertain reading] – and this by reason of the actual payment of that sum; and that inscription he cancels.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the nobles (Nob.) Józef Waśniewski and Marcin, his son – that same Marcin acting also in the name of the noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Zdanowska, his wife – on the one side, and the noble (Nob.) Piotr Obrębski on the other side, deposed that for every suit and official action pending between them over the damage done to the corn, and likewise over the devastation and cutting down of an orchard, as also for all the protestations, relations and decrees handed down in that matter, and in particular for the sum of forty-eight Polish złoty and the penalty of three marks, adjudged by a decree of condescension after an oath had been performed (expleto juramento), they mutually and reciprocally give a quittance to one another, release one another and discharge one another for ever. They likewise give a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Katarzyna, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Zdanowski. Moreover, the noble (Nob.) Piotr Obrębski gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Waśniewski for all the mutual claims which he had or might have had against them, after the amicable settlement concluded between the parties — saving, however, in their entirety and unimpaired the claims of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Ługowski. And all the protestations, relations and decrees handed down in that matter the parties hereby cancel, annul and declare void, imposing eternal silence upon themselves in the matter.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Koziestański, son of the noble (Nob.) Jan Koziestański, and Krystyna Pogonowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Szymon Pogonowski called Wojtkowicz, begotten of the noble (Nob.) Marianna Dziewulska, spouses of one another, the wife with the assistance of that same husband of hers and of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Zdanowski, a friend, and with her free consent to what is described below, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Szymon Izdebski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Izdebski, and to his successors, their estates — the husband those subject to the right of a life estate, and the wife her paternal hereditary estate, and moreover both spouses those which they themselves acquired by hereditary right before the present records on the Monday after Palm Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1736 — that is all and each of them, in the plots, the buildings and all the structures, gardens, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers, streams and the other appurtenances and appendages of those estates, keeping back and excepting nothing for themselves, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Pogonów — with everything they give and donate, and put from now into possession, renouncing every right of their own, under the land-law penalties, submitting to the forum of the present office.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Marianna née Izdebska, by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Izdebski and now by her second marriage the wife of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Zdanowski, in her own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Izdebski, her son begotten in the first bed, for whose ratification she stands surety, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Wojciech, the father, and Jan and Szymon, the sons, Izdebski, and to their successors — for two sums, namely the first of sixty-nine Polish złoty and eighteen groszy, appointed for the food and maintenance of the above-named noble (Nob.) Franciszek Izdebski, her son, and the second of eighty-eight Polish złoty for oxen sold, together with the luitum penalties, and likewise for the penalty of double fourteen Polish marks for the acts of violence committed — adjudged and enjoined to be paid by a decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the estates of the village of Krasusy Zaolszynie [uncertain reading] between those same plaintiffs on the one side and those same parties now quitted on the other, and lodged by way of oblation with the records of the present office on the Thursday after Oculi Sunday in Lent of the current year 1743 — the sums and penalties written out above having in fact been paid according to the tenor of the decree cited — she gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and the enforcement clause of the decree laid down in that respect she cancels.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Maciej Zdanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Józef, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Marianna Izdebska, by her first marriage the wife of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Izdebski and now by her second marriage his own lawful wife, and to her successors — for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty, inscribed to him by her while she still remained in the state of widowhood, by way of a simple debt before the present records on the Tuesday, on the very day of the feast of St Anthony of Padua in the Year of Our Lord 1742, and now in fact duly taken up this day by that same wife of his by means of a quittance — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and that inscription he cancels and declares void.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Biernacka, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Biernacki and widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Wysokiński, her last husband, his future wife, and to her successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of fifty Polish złoty, by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates, undertaking and binding himself to pay it on the first demand of that future wife of his and to lodge it with the present records; and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Franciszka Biernacka, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Biernacki and widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Nurzyński, on the one side, and the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that a certain contract, or rather a marriage contract, drawn up between them, the deponents, here at Łuków on the second day of May of the current year, signed in their own hands and in the hands of certain friends, and secured by a penalty of fifty Polish złoty – they approve in everything, and they strengthen and approve it; and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office and of the courts.

The noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Olszewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Olszewski called Zychowicz, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Jan Zaleski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Borkowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors the estates subject to her own rights and to those of her husband named above, in one field but in two places, that is:

in the first place one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Dłużnicka road [uncertain reading] and running towards the Szymackie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Olszewski called Abramik on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Iwanowski on the other;

likewise one strip of arable with half of a second, of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski [uncertain reading] on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Zygmunt Olszewski on the other –

lying and situated in the village of Olszewnica Wielka, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of twelve Polish złoty, from now for three years, the term falling at the feast of St John the Baptist in the coming year 1746 [24 June 1746], she mortgages, and thereafter from year to year and so on; she consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under a like penalty of twelve Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Antoni Krasuski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski and to his successors the sum of sixteen Polish złoty – inscribed to him earlier by the noble (Nob.) Piotr Zdanowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej, upon certain estates lying in the village of Pogonów, before the present records on the Friday before the octave of the feast of the Most Holy Body of Christ Our Lord in the Year of Our Lord 1740 [17 June 1740] by way of obligation – and now raised from the hands of the cessionary, he cedes with every right and transfers all [the rights]; he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits, both in the matter and in his own person, to the court, and this under a like penalty of sixteen Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Pogonowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Piotr, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Szymon Orzyłowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary acquired estate, that is one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards the Plewki boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Zdanowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Hiacynt Olszewski on the other, lying and situated in the village of Pogonów, with every right; he consents to intromission from now on for the future and submits to the court, and this under the land-law damages and under the jurisdiction of the present office.

six strips of arable, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards the Korytne boundaries, otherwise „na Wrota” [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Borkowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Pogonowski on the other;

further sixteen strips of arable, beginning at the meadow and running towards the Zapłotnia road, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kisieliński on the one side and of the party taking the mortgage himself on the other;

further five strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the Zapłotnia road, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Zdanowski and of the well-born (Gen.) Paweł Krasuski on the other side;

further five strips of added parcel land, beginning at the Wodłuszne fields [uncertain reading] and running towards Sadne [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the party taking the mortgage himself on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Zdanowski on the other;

further three strips of manor-yard land, beginning at the Zapłotnia road and running towards the Oleńskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Kisieliński and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Zdanowski on the other side;
