The reckoning was carried out „od każdej osoby” (from each person) according to a register signed by the officer – a rare mention of an auxiliary register of the office. The date on which the decree was lodged with the records has been reckoned: 3 February 1744 (a Monday) – the feria agrees. The surname in the manuscript is „Świerczewski”; the PTG tag gives „Franciszek Świerczowski” – the reading of the tag has been adopted. The persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-022.

The matter concerns the reckoning of the inheritance share after Maciej Aleksander Niewęgłowski among numerous brothers, sisters and relations by marriage; as umpire was chosen the magnificent **Jan de Borzec Borzechowski, tribune of Bracław**, and the meeting was appointed for 20 April 1744 (the Monday after Misericordia – reckoned) upon the ground of the disputed estates. The entry names outright the **Łuków castle court office of the starosta** (Officium Castrense Capitaneale Lucoviense). All the persons agree with the PTG tags for scans 57-043 and 57-044.
