Marcin Jastrzębski called Mikłas – as also the noble (Nob.) Jan Poliński, attorney of the nobles (Nob.) Walenty and Katarzyna Roguski, brother and sister german to one another, for whom he stands surety, in their name, being of sound mind and body, deposed: that – and namely the noble (Nob.) Poliński in the name of the nobles (Nob.) Roguski – they give a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Maciej Krasuski and Kazimierz, the son, and to their successors, and likewise to the nobles (Nob.) Zaleski and the others named in the appearance – likewise for the suit and action lodged with the present office on account of the seizure both of the said inheritance share of Bliźnińszczyzna and of the inheritance share of Ługowizna, and likewise of the movable goods and of those that move of themselves, as also for the destruction of the buildings and for the other claims expressed in the original terms, and moreover for the previous decree of condescension and for the sums specified in it – with all the claims, excepting the point concerning the carrying away of the buildings – after the satisfaction received in the above they give a quittance; and the protestations, the relations and the whole process they cancel.

Mikołaj called Strączek, and to his successors he gives and donates his maternal hereditary estates – both those which fell to him after his said late mother and those which were acquired from the noble (Nob.) Zofia née Roguska, now Izdebska, his sister, in the Year of Our Lord 1729 – that is a plot, beginning at the village road and running towards the hollow, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Krasuski Lasota on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Leszczyński on the other; further three mowing meadows, beginning at the Grodz of the noble (Nob.) Dionizy Krasuski and running towards the Zawady boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Piotr [the surname illegible] on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Majdalon Krasuski on the other – situated and lying in the hereditary village of Krasusy Zembry, with every right belonging to those estates. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under the land-law damages, for which he appoints the forum of the present office.
