Dorota Grochowska, spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed – and the wife with the assistance of that same husband of hers – that to the noble (Nob.) Piotr Rzążewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Paweł, and to his successors – the sum of fifty Polish złoty, adjudged to them earlier by a decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the estate of Rzążew on the Thursday after Reminiscere Sunday in Lent of the present year 1743, between them, the deponents, and the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Michał Karczewski called Przybył; and likewise the process shown to those same successors over that same sum, together with the delivery of the estate in the inheritance share of those same successors, carried out by virtue of that same process on the Monday after the feast of St Margaret Virgin and Martyr of that same year and lodged with the records of the office by way of oblation on the Wednesday, on the vigil of the feast of St James the Apostle of that same present year – having received sufficient satisfaction, they yield up and transfer with everything that follows from that decree and that delivery, giving and permitting to raise that same sum, to give a quittance for what is raised, and to hold, to have and to possess the estates specified in the said delivery and subject to that same sum, until it is in fact paid out.
