The well-born (Gen.) Antoni Burski, apostolic notary, [an official] of the consistory of Łuków, though weak in body yet sound in mind, deposed that to the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Father Jan de Boratyn Boratyński, provost and officialis of Łuków, and to his successors, he cedes a sum of thirty Hungarian red złoty – contracted in the first place by the late magnificent (Magn.) The surname of the deponent in the manuscript looks like „Zapowski/Zapolski”, but his **autograph signature beneath the entry reads „Andreas Jaszowski”**, which agrees with the PTG tag – the discrepancy resolved by the signature, not by conjecture. The starosty offices of both magnates (Krasiński, Załuski) are written in abbreviation and are illegible – they have not been supplied. A new official receiving the entries appears: the subdelegate Antoni Modrzewski.
