The magnificent (Magn.) Mikołaj Staniszewski, deputy cup-bearer of Latyczów, son of the late magnificent (Magn.) Jakub Staniszewski, deputy cup-bearer of Latyczów, and Ewa née Rudzińska, husband and wife, and grandson of the late magnificent (Magn.) Walenty Staniszewski and Jadwiga née Skórzewska, husband and wife – heir of the whole fourth part of the estates of the small town of Kasperowce and of the villages of Lisiczniki and Horyhlady, lying in the Podolian voivodeship and in the Kamieniec land, as against the other co-successors – on the one side;

and the well-born (Gen.) Łukasz Przyłucki, subdelegate of the Kamieniec castle court in Podolia, special attorney of the magnificent (Magn.) Antoni Chrzanowski, for whose ratification he stands surety, and in his name – on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that a certain contract, concerning the resignation of the said estates, that is of their fourth part, drawn up and written between the two parties in the estate of the village of Olszyce on 17 January of the current year 1744, signed in their own hands and secured by the land-law damages – they confirm in all its conditions;

It also lays bare a rarely noted clause on the courts competent „w czasie bezkrólewia” (iudicium capturale, the marshal's court) – a formulary providing for an interregnum. All the persons agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-009. The names of the estates have been settled thanks to entry 1113 and the tags for scan 57-010: they are Kasperowce, Lisiczniki and Horyhlady – places on the Dniester, in the neighbourhood of Zaleszczyki and Czerwonogród, which agrees with the starosty of Czerwonogród held by the acquirer.

Chrzanowski, starosta of Czerwonogród – by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered to him and of the actual payment of that same sum he gives a quittance.

A Podolian transaction (Kasperowce with Lisiczniki and Horyhlady) settled before the Łuków office – a trace of the fact that the castle chancery received the acts of parties who happened to be staying in the Łuków land, whatever the situation of the estates.

situated and lying in the villages and the small town named above, retaining and excepting nothing for himself or for his successors, but as widely, as long and as far about as those estates have of old stood and stand within their baulks and boundaries, and also **with the right of patronage of the parishes both of the Roman and of the Greek rite**, that is with the right of presenting to them – he gives and donates with everything. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty; and this under the land-law damages, for which he appoints the court of the Crown Tribunal of Lublin or the land court of the Podolian voivodeship or else the Kamieniec castle court in Podolia, and in time of interregnum – the confederate court or the marshal's court of the Podolian voivodeship.

The most extensive formula of appurtenances in the whole edition – with mills, taverns, ponds, subjects together with the right of seeking out fugitives, and **the right of patronage of parishes of the Roman and of the Greek rite**, of which there is not a single instance in the Łuków material. The names of the estates (Kasperowce, Lisiczniki, Horyhlady) are legible and agree with the PTG tags for scan 57-010 (the tag „Kaszprowice” is no doubt a distortion of Kasperowce).

The PTG tag for scan 57-010 gives the wife and her father with a question mark („Zofia Żaberowska?”, „Wojciech Żaberowski?”), which answers to the difficulty of the reading in the original.
