Jezierski, starosta of Grodziec, the father of the party now quitted, by way of a simple debt upon all his estates before the present records on the Tuesday before the feast of St Peter in Chains in the Year of Our Lord 1736, together with the interest secured for payment — both for the original sum and for the interest accrued upon that sum up to this day, and now paid to him, the deponent, in fact and effectually by the noble (Nob.) Jezierski who gives the quittance, as the person who, by the disposition of the said magnificent (Magn.)
