Maciej Górski, his brother german, before the records of the Liw castle starosty on the Wednesday next after the feast of St Prisca Virgin and Martyr in the Year of Our Lord 1729, and likewise the supplementary deed, made and deposed before the present records on the Saturday after Laetare Sunday in Lent of the past year 1742 in favour of the said well-born (Gen.) Maciej Górski, his brother – he approves, confirms and ratifies in all their conditions, points, clauses, articles, bonds and securities, willing and declaring that they shall have force and validity. Moreover, he withdraws from and renounces the whole substance, paternal, maternal and inherited, movable and immovable, delivering it into the hands of the said well-born (Gen.) Maciej Górski, his brother, and of his succession, for all time – by means of the present deposition.
