The magnificent (Magn.) Krzysztof a Gołąbki Jezierski, starosta of Gródek, on the one side, and the infidel (Infid.) Michel Trzeciakowicz, a merchant of Łuków, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that a certain agreement, drawn up and written between themselves under the act and date here at Łuków on 8 October of the past year 1743, secured by a sum of two thousand Polish złoty and signed in the deponents' own hands – they confirm in everything; and this under a like penalty of two thousand Polish złoty, for which they appoint the present court, and in the presence of the friends who signed.

Kacper and Franciszka née Kuropatnicka Załuski, starostas [the name – uncertain reading], on the other side, in the terms for complaints, that is in the courts of the office's suits, separately but under one and the same act, and enjoined upon the said successors of the Załuski to be paid within the terms expressed in the decrees, together with the whole and entire process carried through in that matter and with all the conditions of those same decrees – he yields up and cedes, giving him every right: to take up those sums as well as the penalties and the payments, to give a quittance for what is taken up, and to pursue them in the further degree of law.
