Katarzyna Klembowska, the aunt of her parent, by way of a simple debt before the present records on the Monday next after the feast of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul in the Year of Our Lord 1710 [the reading of the year uncertain], and fallen to her after the death of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Wierzchowski, who died without issue, due and pertaining to her — sufficient and actual satisfaction out of that sum having been received, she cedes and by cession transfers, together with all the conditions of that inscription, giving power to recover the said sum from whomsoever it is lawfully due, to take up what is recovered and to give a quittance for what is taken up.
