Wojciech Klembowski, the Wojciechowski spouses, and begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Jadwiga Paskudzka, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Olędzki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the magnificent (Magn.) Roch Antoni, of two names, Klembowski, sword-bearer of the present land, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Marcin Klembowski, begotten of the noble (Nob.) Urszula née Gałęzowska of Targowisko, and to his lawful successors, her estate — fallen to her lawfully, by divine and natural right, by way of succession, after the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Wierzchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław Wierzchowski and of the noble (Nob.) Katarzyna Klembowska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Anna Orzeszkówna, his lawful wife, and to her successors proceeding from his loins he is bound and obliged for the sum of three thousand Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; which sum he inscribes and secures upon all and each of his estates and upon the sums settled wheresoever, and he undertakes and binds himself to pay that sum on the first demand of his wife and to lodge it with any trustworthy records of the Kingdom, and this under a like penalty of three thousand Polish złoty and under the court of any place whatsoever.

The maiden name of the mother and the surname of the wife have been read with hesitation (the wife's signature in the following item reads „Anna Klembowska”). There are no PTG tags for scan 137.
