The noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Szczygielski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Adam, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Józef and Franciszek Maszczybrodzki, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Maszczybrodzki, brothers german to one another, and to their successors for the remaining sum of six złoty and ten Polish groszy – being the completion of the sum of sixty Polish złoty set as the price of the estates, that is of a certain inheritance share lying in the estates of the village of Grochówka, resigned by the deponent by perpetual right to the person of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Maszczybrodzki, the father of the parties now quitted, and not paid in full at that time; and now paid out by those parties quitted.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Karol Głuchowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław, being of sound mind and body, deposed that the nobles (Nob.) Andrzej Wysokiński and Szymon, and likewise Joanna née Maszczybrodzka Kurowska [the reading of the surname uncertain], and their successors — for the marks and the luitum penalties falling to the account of their interest, adjudged by a decree of condescension issued by the present office upon the estates of the village of Grochówka on the Wednesday after Palm Sunday of the current year 1743, and lodged with the records of the present office by way of oblation on the Friday after the solemn feast of Easter of that same year — satisfaction having been received — he gives a quittance, releases and perpetually acquits.

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Krasuski called Synowiec, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Antoni Maszczybrodzki, son of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej, and to his successors, his hereditary paternal estate, that is: one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Celiny boundaries and running towards the Zembry boundaries, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Krasuski on the one side and of the party taking the mortgage himself on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second, sown with winter corn, beginning at Kamionki and running towards [Ninki – uncertain reading]; further, three strips of arable, beginning at the Celiny boundary and running towards the Wolańskie boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Wierzejski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Borkowski on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second of like length, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Zofia Grodzicka on the one side and of the party taking the mortgage himself on the other, sown with winter corn — lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Krasusy-Gołowierzchy, with everything — he mortgages and obliges for the sum of fifty Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the coming year 1746, and thereafter from three-year term to three-year term; intromission from now, by civil law, and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.

The noble (Nob.) Katarzyna Radomyska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Jakub Radomyski called Sędek, and wife of the noble (Nob.) Wawrzyniec Radomyski called Sędek, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that she gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Okniński and to his successors for the sum of fourteen Polish złoty – falling to her out of an original sum of twenty-eight Polish złoty, inscribed in the first place and primarily by the noble (Nob.) Katarzyna Maszczybrodzka, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Pogonowski, to the noble (Nob.) Walenty Borkowski called Danielczyk, by way of mortgage upon certain estates lying in the hereditary village of Okniny, before the present records on the Tuesday after the feast of St Margaret, Virgin and Martyr, in the Year of Our Lord 1692; and ceded by that same noble (Nob.) Borkowski to herself before those same records on the Saturday after Low Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1697, and now raised from the hands of the present party quitted – and those inscriptions, as regards the sum raised, she cancels.

The well-born (Gen.) Karol Głuchowski, son of the well-born (Gen.) Stanisław, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Adam and Zofia née Grochowska Niedźwiecki, husband and wife, and to their successors, he gives and donates, with everything, his estates, acquired by hereditary right from the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Maszczybrodzki, that is four strips of arable with half of a fifth, beginning at the village road and running towards the road called Zapłotnica, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Piotr Grochowski called Danielczyk on the one side and of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Maszczybrodzki on the other, lying in the hereditary village of Grochówka. He consents to intromission forthwith and promises warranty, and this under the land-law damages and under the present court.

The noble (Nob.) Michał Maszczybrodzki, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the noble (Nob.) Jakub Radomyski and to his successors – for the protestation together with the inspection of wounds, made before the present records, further for the relation entered in that same year and for the entries pending in the registers – having received sufficient satisfaction; and the protestation, the relation and the entries pending in the registers he cancels.
