Jezierski to the said convent of Łuków on the Saturday on the eve of the feast of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul in the Year of Our Lord 1670, and already taken up and satisfied by that same convent by means of a quittance made before the present records on the Monday after Exaudi Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1708 — the suit having been begun and lodged after that sum had been satisfied — and likewise for the condemnation obtained in that respect at certain terms, that is the courts of suits of the present office, on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Most Glorious Virgin Mary in the past year 1742 — he gives a quittance, and that condemnation he cancels in its entirety.
