Uziębło

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the nobles (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, and Marianna née Wysokińska Jonkowicz, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Głuchowski, enjoying after him rights of credit and a life estate upon those same estates, in her own name and in the name of her under-age children begotten with that same husband, for whose ratification she stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Tomasz Uziębło, son of the noble (Nob.) Jakub Uziębło, and to his successors, their estate fallen to them after the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, that is the whole and entire inheritance share (sortem), in the plots, gardens, arable, fields, meadows, woods, forests, groves, rivers, streams and the other appurtenances and appendages of those estates, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Wysokiny Maciejowice, vacant (unsown), with everything — for the sum of one hundred and eighty Polish złoty and fifteen groszy, from now for three years, that is until the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist falling in the year 1746, they mortgage and obligate, leaving them from year to year for that same sum, and they put them from now into his possession, renouncing every right of their own, and this under a penalty of one hundred and eighty Polish złoty and fifteen groszy, before the forum of the present office.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Leszczyński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Leszczyński, begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Krasuska, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, and Maciej and Szymon Głuchowski, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Głuchowski and stepsons of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, and to their lawful successors, and likewise to the nobles (Nob.) Wacław Głuchowski and Tomasz Uziębło, possessors by whatsoever legal title of certain lands left by the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, and to their successors — for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, inscribed by the many times mentioned late Andrzej Głuchowski to the late noble (Nob.) Łucja Uziembłówna, his wife and the aunt of the deponent's parent, by way of a simple debt before the present records on the Thursday next after the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1728, and after the death of the said noble (Nob.) Łucja Uziembłówna fallen to him lawfully, by divine and natural right, by way of succession — and likewise for the suit and official action brought and lodged on account of that sum, for the relation and for whatsoever decrees handed down in that matter — the said sum having in fact been paid by those same parties quitted — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and the inscription written out above from the act, and likewise the relation, all the decrees and their enforcement clauses, he cancels.

Adam Krasuski called Wawrzyńczyk, in his own name and in the name of the very reverend (Adm. Rev.) Krzysztof Krasuski, parish priest of Trzembowlice [the reading of the name uncertain], his brother german, for whose ratification he stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, Maciej and Szymon Głuchowski, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Głuchowski and stepsons of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, and likewise to the nobles (Nob.) Wacław Głuchowski and Tomasz Uziębło, possessors by whatsoever legal title of certain lands left by the said late Andrzej Głuchowski, and to their successors — for the sum of two hundred Polish złoty, inscribed by the above-mentioned late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski to the late noble (Nob.) Zuzanna Krasuska, the sister german of the deponent's parent and his own wife, by way of a simple debt before the present records on the Saturday after Low Sunday of Easter in the Year of Our Lord 1719, and after the death without issue of that same noble (Nob.) Zuzanna Krasuska fallen to him lawfully, by divine and natural right, by way of succession — and likewise for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of that sum, for the relation entered and for the decrees handed down in that matter — the said sum having in fact been paid — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and that inscription written out above from the act, and likewise the relation and all the decrees, he cancels.
