Uziembło

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Bartłomiej Leszczyński, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Leszczyński, begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Elżbieta Krasuska, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Piotr Głuchowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, and Maciej and Szymon Głuchowski, sons of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Głuchowski and stepsons of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, and to their lawful successors, and likewise to the nobles (Nob.) Wacław Głuchowski and Tomasz Uziębło, possessors by whatsoever legal title of certain lands left by the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Głuchowski, and to their successors — for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, inscribed by the many times mentioned late Andrzej Głuchowski to the late noble (Nob.) Łucja Uziembłówna, his wife and the aunt of the deponent's parent, by way of a simple debt before the present records on the Thursday next after the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1728, and after the death of the said noble (Nob.) Łucja Uziembłówna fallen to him lawfully, by divine and natural right, by way of succession — and likewise for the suit and official action brought and lodged on account of that sum, for the relation and for whatsoever decrees handed down in that matter — the said sum having in fact been paid by those same parties quitted — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and the inscription written out above from the act, and likewise the relation, all the decrees and their enforcement clauses, he cancels.
