Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the well-born (Gen.) Petronela Kikorówna, daughter of the well-born (Gen.) Adam Kikor, begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Jadwiga Duninówna Borkowska, by her first marriage the wife of the late well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Bogusławski, and by her second marriage the widow left by the late well-born (Gen.) Stefan Merle [the reading of the surname uncertain], being of sound mind and withdrawing [from further claims], deposed that to the magnificent (Magn.) Mikołaj de Kuczyn Kuczyński, deputy pantler of the Drohiczyn land, and to his lawful successors — for the sum of seven hundred and twenty Polish złoty, adjudged to her, the deponent, by a decree [of Brest in Lithuania, uncertain reading] in the year one thousand seven hundred and thirty, on the thirtieth day of the month of March, and falling due out of the estate of Łopino [uncertain reading] and out of the part called Mikułowszczyzna, which sum the present deponent had taken upon herself and secured for payment, and has now taken up from the hands of that same magnificent (Magn.) Kuczyński, deputy pantler of Drohiczyn, before the present records — she gives a quittance, lets go and makes free and wholly discharged for ever and always, by means of the present deposition.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Adrian Dąbrowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Dąbrowski, being of sound mind and withdrawing, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Petronela Kikorówna, daughter of the well-born (Gen.) Adam Kikor, begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Jadwiga Duninówna Borkowska, and to her lawful successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of seven hundred and twenty Polish złoty in Hungarian red złoty, each reckoned at eighteen Polish złoty — which sum he took up this day from the hands of the magnificent (Magn.) Mikołaj Kuczyński, deputy pantler of the Drohiczyn land — by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt. That sum he inscribes and secures upon all his estates, acknowledged to his person by way of a perpetual donation by the noble (Nob.) Paweł Dąbrowski, his father, before the records of Brańsk on the Monday after the feast of the Conversion of St Paul the Apostle of the current year 1743, and especially upon the parts lying in the estates of Włosty and Olszanka [uncertain reading], and likewise upon the estates which he shall acquire, as also upon whatsoever sums placed anywhere, both those held and those which he shall hold. He undertakes at the same time and binds himself to pay that sum on the first demand of that same creditor and to lodge it with the castle court records of Drohiczyn, and this under a like penalty of seven hundred and twenty Polish złoty, appointing the forum of the Drohiczyn castle court office for answering, in the Podlasie voivodeship and the Drohiczyn land.

The well-born (Gen.) Magdalena Wolińska, daughter begotten of the late well-born (Gen.) Tomasz Woliński and of the late well-born (Gen.) Justyna née Kuczyńska, widow left by the late well-born (Gen.) Jan Dmowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Stefan Gołaski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Maciej Gołaski, her appointed (future) husband, and to his successors she is bound and obliged for the sum of two thousand Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt;

which sum she inscribes and secures upon all and each of her estates and upon whatsoever sums of money belonging to her, the deponent herself, wherever they may be found; and she undertakes and binds herself to pay that sum on the first demand of that same future husband of hers and to lodge it with the Liw castle court records, and this under a like penalty of two thousand Polish złoty, indicating the Liw castle court as the forum for answering.

The woman deposing was unlettered (in the source: „Ignara litterarum”) – in place of a signature she made a cross. ✗

The well-born (Gen.) Andrzej Radzikowski, begotten of the well-born (Gen.) Gabriel Radzikowski with the well-born (Gen.) Barbara Krasuska, on the one side, and Magdalena Wolińska, the daughter begotten of the late well-born (Gen.) Tomasz Woliński with the late well-born (Gen.) Justyna Kuczyńska, his wife, on the other side, lawful spouses of one another, being of sound mind and body, deposed that they inscribe and grant to one another, mutually and reciprocally – upon all and each of their paternal and maternal estates, those now possessed, those which they shall possess, and those come by inheritance, and likewise upon any sums of money whatsoever settled wheresoever and upon their movables and livestock, existing in various forms and kinds – a life estate until the last term of their lives, and this in the manner following [the accustomed formula].

The magnificent (Magn.) Mikołaj Kuczyński, deputy pantler of the Drohiczyn land, son of the late illustrious (Illustr.) Wiktor Kuczyński, castellan of the Podlasie voivodeship, being of sound mind and body and having set [his affairs] in order, deposed that – for the everlasting memory of the matter and for the increase of the worship of God – for a new foundation he gives and donates, with everything, to the religious (Relig.) Fathers in Christ of the Order of the Friars Minor Observant of St Francis of the Lesser Poland province, his hereditary estate, that is: out of the manorial hide, by the winter threshing floor, running from the manor towards the estate of [the name illegible], two hundred paces in length and one hundred and twenty paces in breadth of arable, lying in the hereditary village of [the name – uncertain reading] – and this for a garden and for buildings to be raised. He consents to intromission forthwith and promises warranty, and this under the land-law damages and under the court wheresoever.
