Jurkowski

The noble (Nob.) Jan Domański, son of the late noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Domański, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Dąbrowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Ludwik, and to his successors, he mortgages his acquired hereditary estate, lying in two fields, that is: in the first field: 1) two strips of arable, beginning at the Paskudy boundary and running towards the Kownaty boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Domański on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other; 2) three strips of arable, beginning at the ługi and running towards the Kownaty boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Domański on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other – sown with winter corn; in the second field: 3) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the marsh called Ostrożne and running towards the Kownaty boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Szczygielski on both sides; 4) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Gorzała road and running towards the orchard, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Domański on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Jan Jurkowski on the other; 5) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at Kniejki and running towards the Kownaty boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Domański on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other; 6) one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the road called Gorzała and running towards the Żytków boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Karol Niezabitowski on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other; 7) two strips of homestead land, beginning at the Zapłotna road and running towards the pond, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Domański on the one side and of that same party taking the mortgage on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Domaniny Gąsiory, waste, with every right, for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, from now for two years, until the feast of St Casimir falling in the coming year 1745, and so on from one two-year term to the next, to the same feast. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and the present forum.

The nobles (Nob.) Franciszek, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, the paternal uncle, and Mateusz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Antoni, on the one side, and Antoni, son of the late noble (Nob.) Walenty, the nephew, on the other side – the Wierzchowski called Janowicz – being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually they give a quittance to one another and to their successors: – the nephews to the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Wierzchowski, their paternal uncle, for the sum of eight Polish złoty, inscribed upon one strip of arable with half of a second lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Paskudy, and due to them, the nephews; – and the paternal uncle only to the noble (Nob.) Mateusz Wierzchowski, the nephew, for the sum of sixteen Polish złoty, ceded to him, the deponent, by the noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Jurkowski before the present records on the Wednesday after the feast of St Margaret, Virgin and Martyr, in the Year of Our Lord 1731 – and this by reason of the satisfaction rendered to one another; and the inscriptions, both the original ones and those of cession, they cancel.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Głuchowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Marianna, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Olszewski, and Ewa, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Dąbrowa, and likewise Łucja, an unmarried maiden, Olszewska, and to their successors — for the sum of fifty Polish złoty by way of the price [inscribed] in favour of Zofia Olszewska [uncertain reading], and likewise for the sum of six Polish złoty by way of revenue, as also for the penalty of double fourteen Polish marks and the luitum of three marks, adjudged to him by a decree of condescension issued by the present office on the ground of the estates of Olszewnica between those same parties on the Thursday after Oculi Sunday in Lent of the current year 1743 and lodged by way of oblation with the records of the present office on the Tuesday after Laetare Sunday of that same year — and likewise for the suit and action lodged on account of the above, for the manifestation, the decrees, the condemnations and their executions, as also for the whole and entire process — the sums and penalties written out above having in fact been paid according to the tenor of the decree of condescension cited — he gives a quittance, releases and discharges for ever, and the manifestation, the condemnations and the enforcement clauses of the decree of condescension he cancels.

That same noble (Nob.) [Stanisław Głuchowski], being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the nobles (Nob.) Marianna, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Olszewski, Ewa, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Jurkowski called Dąbrowa, and likewise Łucja, an unmarried maiden, Olszewska, daughters of the late noble (Nob.) Adam Olszewski, and to their successors, his estate — acquired for ever from the noble (Nob.) Zofia Olszewska before the present records on the Tuesday in the octave of the feast of the Most Holy Body of Christ Our Lord in the Year of Our Lord 1736 — that is a plot of five strips, beginning at the village road and running towards the boundaries, between the baulk of the deponent himself on the one side and of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Olszewski on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Olszewnica, with everything — he gives, donates, that is returns (redonat), and he puts them from now into possession, renouncing every right of his own, under the land-law penalties, before the forum of the present office.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Ewa Olszewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Adam Olszewski called Damięta, and widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Antoni Jurkowski called Dąbrowa, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Mateusz Olszewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Walenty Olszewski, and to his successors, her paternal hereditary estate, that is: eight strips of the plot with a building containing within it a room with a stove, a hall and a chamber, beginning at the headland and running towards the village road, between the baulk of the noble (Nob.) Marianna Olszewska on the one side and the village street on the other; further, four strips of arable, beginning at the Długowolna boundary [uncertain reading] and running towards the river Krzna, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Olszewski called Damięta on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Ludwik Leszczyński [uncertain reading] on the other; further, three strips of arable, beginning at the Długnicka road [uncertain reading] and running towards the metalled road, between the baulks of the successors of the late noble (Nob.) Jan Olszewski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Szymon Wysokiński [uncertain reading] on the other — all lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Olszewnica, vacant (unsown), with everything — for the sum of fifty-four Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1746, she mortgages and obligates, and thereafter from three-year term to three-year term, and she puts them from now into his possession, renouncing every right of her own, and this under a penalty of fifty-four Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
