These 10 hearths are the figure for THE VILLAGE OF NIEDŹWIADKA within the Gozd estate, not for the whole estate: the Gozd card (card 1) gives in the same T90 extract „folwark Gozd – dymów wiejskich 2giej klasy – 20”, and the Kij card (card) „folwark Kij – 1”. The formula „dymów wiejskich 2giej klasy” runs just as it does at Gozd, Kij, Annonin (card) and Lipniaki (card 1). The abbreviated forename „Franc.” I expand on the basis of the T94 and T₀89 of the same card, where the full „Franciszka” stands. Franciszek Domaszewski appears here as the hereditary owner („dziedz.”), not as a possessor; this line names no guardian — unlike the T90 on the Gozd card, where Paweł Domaszewski was added.

In this extract the card gives beside Franciszek Domaszewski neither an office nor any mention of a guardian — just as T94 does on the cards of Gozd (card 2) and Kij (card). The wording confirms that Niedźwiadka is an appurtenance of the Gozd estate and not a separate estate complex (klucz); the Gozd card names the appurtenances by name: „folwark Gozd, wieś Niedźwiadka, folwark Kij”.
