Jan Przygodzki, by her second of the late noble (Nob.) Jerzy Daniłowicz, and now by her third marriage his own wife – and to her successors, for a sum of one hundred and fifty Polish złoty, inscribed to him by her, while she was still in her widowed state, before the present records on the Monday before the feast of St Ursula, Virgin and Martyr, in the Year of Our Lord 1737, by way of a simple debt upon the half of all and each of her paternal and maternal estates; and that inscription he cancels.

The mortgage was constituted in favour of three stepchildren: the children of Krystyna née Domańska by her first marriage with Jan Przygodzki. A discrepancy with the PTG tags: the tag for scan 57-024 gives „Franciszka Przygodzka” (a feminine form), whereas the manuscript has „N. Francisco … filio et filiabus” – the son and the daughters, which grammatically excludes the feminine form; the reading of the manuscript has been adopted and the discrepancy noted instead of being smoothed away. The reading of the manuscript is confirmed by the PTG tags for scans 57-025 and 57-026, where the same person figures as „Franciszek Przygodzki” (a masculine form). The name „Marianna Domańska” at one of the baulks has been read with uncertainty and is not in the tags. The term of redemption: St John the Baptist (24 June) 1744, with the clause „de anno ad annum”.

The cognomen „Dobros” is confirmed by entry 1197, where „Jakub Rozwadowski zwany Dobros” occurs. The clause „de triennio ad triennium” (from one three-year term to another) – a rarer variety of the renewable mortgage term. Several names of baulks and roads have been read with uncertainty. Marcjan Domański, Józef Dąbrowski and Kazimierz Domański are not in the PTG tags for scan 57-025 – the discrepancy has been noted.
