The well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Czerski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Aleksander and Dorota née Krasuska Świderski, husband and wife, and to their successors for the suit and action brought and lodged with the present office over the sum of eighteen Polish złoty – that is for the summonses, their relations, for the condemnation and the decrees handed down and obtained in that matter, and for the whole process, in so far as it concerns the persons of the said well-born (Gen.) Miastkowski and Świderski – and this because they have rendered him sufficient satisfaction. The decree issued in that matter in the terms for complaints (the courts of suits) on the Monday after the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Year of Our Lord 1742, and the whole process, he cancels, keeping and reserving to himself his rights against the other possessors of the lands of Miastkowszczyzna.

He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of forty-four Polish złoty and twenty-four groszy, for which he appoints the present forum.
