Jaślikowski

The noble (Nob.) Jakub Jaślikowski, son of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Jaślikowski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Kurowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors, he gives and donates his maternal hereditary estate, that is: 1) one strip of arable with half of a second in the field Wzdłużne, beginning at the Tworki boundary and running towards His Royal Majesty's Kąkolewnica boundaries, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Zalewski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Olszewski on the other; 2) one strip of arable with half of a second, in addition (in additamento), beginning at the field boundary (ściana) of the Wzdłużne fields and running towards the Lublin paved road, between the baulks of the present donee on the one side and of the successors of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Niezabitowski on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Jurki, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. And this under the land-law penalties and the present forum.

The noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Olszewski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Łukasz, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Mikołaj Kurowski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Jan, and to his successors, he gives and donates his hereditary estate, that is: 1) two strips of arable with half of a third, beginning at the village road and running towards the Kąkolewnica boundaries, between the baulks of the present donee on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Olszewski on the other; 2) three strips of arable, beginning at the village road and running towards the paths (tramites), and from the path towards the Kąkolewnica boundaries; 3) two strips of arable, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz Jaślikowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Wojciech Olszewski on the other – lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Jurki, with every right; he consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty. The magnificent (Magn.) Adam Łaski, deputy voivode of Łuków, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the well-born (Gen.) Józef, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz, and Helena née Jaślikowska Domański, husband and wife, and to their successors for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty – inscribed to him by those same parties quitted by way of a simple debt upon their estates, before the present records on the Monday after Exaudi Sunday in the Year of Our Lord 1741 [15 May 1741], and now in fact raised – and that inscription he cancels and annuls.

The well-born (Gen.) Józef Domański, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Domański, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Maciej Rozwadowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Bartłomiej Rozwadowski, and to his successors he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred and thirty-six marks of [Polish] money by way of a certain, true, just and liquid debt. Which sum, now in fact raised, that same deponent adds to the earlier sums, inscribed by that same deponent and by his wife to that same creditor upon certain estates in the hereditary village of Łazy at divers times, and namely: first – on the Saturday before the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross of the year 1733; secondly – on the Friday after the solemn feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit of the year 1738; thirdly – on the Saturday on the eve of the feast of Saints Peter and Paul the Apostles of the year 1739; fourthly – by that same act and of that same year 1739; fifthly – on the Tuesday after Invocavit Sunday in Lent; sixthly – on the Friday after Low Sunday, both of the year 1740; and seventhly, lastly – on the Monday, the morrow of the feast of Saints Simon and Jude the Apostles of the year 1742, inscribed before the present records by way of obligation, reckoned together at four hundred and twelve Polish złoty – and thus he ascribes, adds and joins them, so that the sum joined together may make five hundred and forty-eight Polish złoty.

In which sum joined together that same creditor – for it, in the obligatory inscriptions described and specified above, with every right to those estates – shall hold, have and possess them until the actual payment, at one and the same time, of the sum joined together of five hundred and forty-eight Polish złoty. He consents to intromission and, together with his wife, promises warranty, and this under a penalty of the sum joined together of five hundred and forty-eight Polish złoty, in his own name and in the name of the well-born (Gen.) Helena Jaślikowska, his wife, written down by me [the clerk].

The well-born (Gen.) Kazimierz Jaślikowski, son of the late well-born (Gen.) Jakub, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the well-born (Gen.) Agnieszka Olszewska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Maciej Olszewski, his wife, and to her successors, he is bound and obliged for the sum of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty by way of a certain, true, just, liquid and simple debt; which sum he inscribes and secures upon his hereditary estates, upon the inheritance share called Korewińszczyzna [the reading of the name uncertain], and he undertakes and binds himself to pay that sum on the first demand of his wife and to lodge it with the present records, and this under a penalty of one hundred and thirty Polish złoty and under the present court.

The nobles (Nob.) Kazimierz Jaślikowski on the one side and Kazimierz Olszewski on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors –

and namely the noble (Nob.) Olszewski to the noble (Nob.) Jaślikowski, for the suit and official action brought with the present office on account of certain acts of violence done by the noble (Nob.) Jaślikowski and by the noble (Nob.) Łukasz Olszewski, son of the noble (Nob.) Kazimierz, further for the protestation together with the inspection of wounds, for the relations and for whatsoever decrees handed down in that matter;

and the noble (Nob.) Jaślikowski likewise for whatsoever protestations, as also for all and each of the mutual claims arising up to this day –

by reason of the amicable settlement concluded between them and of the satisfaction rendered to one another they give a quittance; and the protestations, the relations, the decrees and the process they cancel.
