Domaszewski

The nobles (Nob.) Antoni and Agnieszka née Rozwadowska Szczygielski, spouses of one another, on the one side, and Maciej Szczygielski, in his own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Elżbieta née Domaszewska, his wife, for whose ratification he stands surety, on the other side, being of sound mind and body, deposed – each of them in his own interest, and in particular the noble (Nob.) Agnieszka née Rozwadowska with the assistance of her husband – that mutually and reciprocally they give a quittance to one another and to their successors for the suits and official actions mutually brought and lodged against each other in the present office on account of attempted acts of violence, of a beating, of the wounds inflicted and of other mutual claims; further, for any protestations whatsoever – including those made with an inspection of wounds – for the relations, for the entries, for all the decrees, both the first ones, given in the terms for complaints of the present office, and those of condescension, issued upon the ground of the estate; as also for all the marks, adjudged to them both for the acts of violence and for the wounds; and moreover for all and each of the mutual claims arising up to this day – leaving nothing untouched and excepting nothing – and this by reason of the sufficient satisfaction rendered upon the amicable settlement concluded. The protestations, the relations, all the decrees, the condemnation handed down at the peremptory term and the whole and entire process conducted by both parties in the present office – they cancel.

Before the present castle court records of Łuków, having appeared in person, the noble (Nob.) Zofia Czerska, daughter of the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Czerski, begotten of the noble (Nob.) Barbara Domaszewska, and widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Andrzej Gołaski, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Stanisław Kalicki, son of the noble (Nob.) Marcin Kalicki, and to his successors, her paternal hereditary estate, that is seven strips of arable, beginning at the boundary of the village of Kierzków [uncertain reading] and running towards the Ryszewskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Józef Izdebski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Izdebski on the other, lying and situated in the hereditary estate of the village of Czersk [uncertain reading], vacant (unsown), with everything — for the sum of thirty Polish złoty, from now for three years, that is until the feast of St Adalbert the Bishop falling in the year 1746, she mortgages and obligates, and thereafter from three-year term to three-year term, and she puts them from now into his possession, renouncing every right of her own, and this under a penalty of thirty Polish złoty, before the forum of the present office.
