The noble (Nob.) Ewa Rolanka, daughter begotten of the late noble (Nob.) Władysław Rola with the late noble (Nob.) Dorota Rolanka Kasprzykówna, and wife of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Sulej, with the assistance of that same husband of hers, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Józef Gołaski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Wojciech Gołaski, her son-in-law, and to his successors she mortgages her maternal hereditary estate, that is:
1) five strips of arable, beginning at the path called Zapłotnia and running towards the boundaries of the royal town of His Royal Majesty Łuków, between the baulks of the well-born (Gen.) Marek Celiński, vicegerent of the Łuków castle court, on the one side and of the successors of the late well-born (Gen.) Józef Wyrzykowski on the other; 2) further one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Dulejskie boundaries [uncertain reading] and running towards the boundaries of the royal village of Krynka, between the baulks of that same Marek Celiński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Rola on the other; 3) further one strip of arable with half of a second, of a like length, between the baulks of the successors of the late well-born (Gen.) Józef Skrzyszewski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Rola on the other; 4) further one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the road [the name – uncertain reading] and running towards the boundaries, between those same baulks –
vacant, situated and lying in the hereditary village of Role, with everything, for the sum of fifty Polish złoty, from now for three years, with the term falling at the feast of St Agatha Virgin and Martyr of the year 1747 [5 February 1747], she mortgages; and thereafter in like manner. She consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of fifty Polish złoty, for which she appoints the present court.
