Piotr, the stepfather, and Katarzyna, the mother, the Jastrzębski spouses called Grzebień – sisters german to one another, daughters of the late noble (Nob.) Marcin Jastrzębski called Mikłas – as also the noble (Nob.) Jan Poliński, attorney of the nobles (Nob.) Walenty and Katarzyna Roguski, brother and sister german to one another, for whom he stands surety, in their name, being of sound mind and body, deposed: that – and namely the noble (Nob.) Poliński in the name of the nobles (Nob.) Roguski – they give a quittance to the nobles (Nob.) Maciej Krasuski and Kazimierz, the son, and to their successors, and likewise to the nobles (Nob.) Zaleski and the others named in the appearance – likewise for the suit and action lodged with the present office on account of the seizure both of the said inheritance share of Bliźnińszczyzna and of the inheritance share of Ługowizna, and likewise of the movable goods and of those that move of themselves, as also for the destruction of the buildings and for the other claims expressed in the original terms, and moreover for the previous decree of condescension and for the sums specified in it – with all the claims, excepting the point concerning the carrying away of the buildings – after the satisfaction received in the above they give a quittance; and the protestations, the relations and the whole process they cancel.
