The nobles (Nob.) Teresa née Niewęgłowska, widow left by the late noble (Nob.) Sebastian Olszewski, the mother, and likewise the nobles (Nob.) Marianna – the wife of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Grochowski, Małgorzata – the wife of the noble (Nob.) Benedykt Wysokiński, and Eufrozyna – the wife of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Skolimowski, the daughters begotten with that same above-named noble (Nob.) Sebastian Olszewski, in their own name and in the name of the noble (Nob.) Katarzyna Olszewska, an unmarried maiden, their daughter and sister, for whose peace they stand surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed – and namely the married ones with the assistance of their husbands –

that their estates – namely the mother's, subject to her right of life estate, and the daughters' paternal inheritance – that is:

likewise one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Zdroje and running towards the wood, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Lodkowski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Piotr Boruchowski on the other;

likewise three strips of arable, beginning at the Zastawskie boundaries [uncertain reading] and running towards the wierzchołany, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Olszewski on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Ludwik Wysokiński on the other –

lying and situated in the hereditary village of Olszewnica, standing waste, with every right, for the sum of thirty-two Polish złoty, from now until redemption, they mortgage; they consent to intromission from now on for the future and submit to the court, and this under a like penalty of thirty-two Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.
