Kornicki

Having appeared in person before the present castle court records of Łuków, the noble (Nob.) Jakub Gołaski, son of the late noble (Nob.) Adam, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to, releases and perpetually acquits the noble (Nob.) Adam Rola, son of the late noble (Nob.) Szymon, and his successors – for a sum of ten Polish złoty, inscribed to him, the deponent, by the noble (Nob.) Jan Kornicki before the present records on the Tuesday after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist in the Year of Our Lord 1736 by way of mortgage upon estates lying in the hereditary estate of the village of Role, and now taken up from the hands of the present party quitted as the perpetual acquirer of the rights to those estates; and that inscription he cancels.

The noble (Nob.) Marcin Rola called Zakowicz, son of the late noble (Nob.) Stanisław, being of sound mind and body, deposed that to the noble (Nob.) Marianna Rolanka, his sister german, lawful wife of the noble (Nob.) Maciej Nurzyński, and to her successors his hereditary paternal estate – and this in place of the dowry falling to her – that is: four strips of arable, beginning at the Wólczańska road, between the baulks of the successors of the late well-born (Gen.) Józef Skrzyszewski, vicegerent of the Łuków castle court, on the one side and of the deponent himself on the other; further, one strip of arable with half of a second, beginning at the Suleje boundary and running towards the Celiny boundary, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Celiński on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Rola on the other; further, one strip with half of a second, beginning at the Suleje boundary and running towards the river Linia [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Antoni Sulej on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Krzysztof Celiński on the other; further, three strips of arable towards the field called Załuki [uncertain reading], running towards the Wohyńskie boundaries [uncertain reading], between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Franciszek Rola on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Andrzej Rola on the other; further, one strip with half of a second, beginning at the Wałkowa road and running towards the royal boundaries of the town of Łuków, between the baulks of the noble (Nob.) Paweł Rola on the one side and of the noble (Nob.) Józef Kornicki on the other – lying and situated in the hereditary village of Role, free of encumbrances, with every right – for the sum of one hundred Polish złoty, from now until redemption, he mortgages. He consented to intromission forthwith and promised warranty, and this under a like penalty of one hundred Polish złoty and under the jurisdiction of the present office.
