Rev.) (Perillustris et Adm. Rev.) Father Kazimierz Dłużewski, canon of Kamieniec, provost of Radorzyż, and to his successors and kinsmen – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of acts of violence, attempts, damages, the suit itself and other claims arising up to that time, further for the decree of condescension issued, for the protestation, for the relation and for all the claims arising up to this day – by reason of sufficient satisfaction; and the protestations, the relations and the enforcement clause of the decrees he cancels.
