The religious (Relig.) Franciszek Filipecki, of the Order of Calced Carmelites, steward of the convent of Lublin in the estate of Radorzyż, in his own name and in the name of that same convent of Lublin, for whose ratification he stands surety, being of sound mind and body, deposed that he gives a quittance to the magnificent (Magn.) and very reverend (Adm. Rev.) (Perillustris et Adm. Rev.) Father Kazimierz Dłużewski, canon of Kamieniec, provost of Radorzyż, and to his successors and kinsmen – for the suit and official action brought and lodged with the present office on account of acts of violence, attempts, damages, the suit itself and other claims arising up to that time, further for the decree of condescension issued, for the protestation, for the relation and for all the claims arising up to this day – by reason of sufficient satisfaction; and the protestations, the relations and the enforcement clause of the decrees he cancels.
